Well what can I say, my life changed in less than 8 months. Since joining sues wonderful stanningley group I've lost in total 6 heavy stone, and gained back my confidence and a more motivated life.

I can honestly say if it wasn't for the support of Sue and the group I don't know where I'd be....but certainly not here feeling blooming fantastic like I am now. Aswell as learning how to cook and eat (lots of) yummy foods by food optimising, I've been inspired to change my life completely, I've now stopped smoking and I'm looking for my next challenge which I'd of never been up to a year ago. Thanks again team, onwards and upwards for 2016

Stanningley slimming world ran by Sue Ingle is fantastic. I've been a member for years we have a lovely friendly group and everyone helps each other.

Slimming World Stanningley Group has changed my life in less than 12 months. Not only have i lost over 4 stone eating loads of food, but i am no longer classed as diabetic, am coming off my blood pressure medication, my cholesterol is normal and i have put back having a new knee operation for at least 5 years. If i can do it you can too! Pam

Lisa very supportive and love the group as they are very welcoming. Did try a different group a few years ago and didn't like it but this group and Lisa are great and I enjoy going and have lost 20 lbs since October

Lisa is amazing, right from the get go she was so friendly and supportive!! In 6 weeks I've lost 15lb :)

Great bunch of supportive people who really try to help eachother. Led by the wonderful Lisa who always keeps things fresh at class, helps us to celebrate our successes and really helps me get remotivated after a bad week. I've been to lots of classes in the past but this is the first I've ever stayed at after being weighed. Look forward to image therapy each week and am enjoying the journey.

This is the best Slimming g World group that I have ever attended and our consultant Lisa is the most supportive that I have ever known. We are Avery friendly and supportive group with many Target members.
