<3 DEAR RE-JOINING MEMBER <3 Its the start of first whole week of the new year and a fresh start for us all and I just wanted to add something to the mix. This post is for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of rejoining mine or anyone's SW group this or next week. In 'thinking' I mean you're saying to yourself any of the following or similar.... "oh my goodness, I haven't been in ages, I have put back on all the weight I had lost, I have rejoined so many times no...w, I am a disgrace, a loser, I'm terrified that they will think I am pathetic".
These feelings are what keep us down but rest assured that in mine, and EVERY single Slimming World group across the land, that you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms like your an old friend. And MOST important there is no shame, blame or humiliation (as these are dirty words in our world) So, re-joining members everywhere, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what your made of and 2019 will be the year of your life!!
You will ALWAYS be welcome <3

“We’re both feeling on top of the world!” Say hello to Glyn and Gillian Woodward, who have been named our Couple of the Year 2018 after dropping a combined weight of 24st 4lbs! After Glyn turned down weight-loss surgery, the pair – who say they once had no quality of life due to their weight – joined their local Slimming World group, where they found support to form long-term healthy eating habits. Now they’re looking forward to spending their retirement together on the Norfo...lk coastline!
