I joined Slimming World at the end of April 2013 at a size 22 and by January 2014 I lost 4 stone and am now size 14. I hadn't heard much about Slimming World before I joined and was thrilled to find their Extra Easy Plan is just that - Extra Easy! I had finally found a new way of eating where I didn't have to count everything I ate and could fill up with fabulously filling and tasty food. It has never felt like a "diet" and I was so impressed with their eating plan that when our consultant decided to leave, I put my name forward to take over the Groups. Group is held every Wednesday at 5. 30 pm and 7. 30 pm at St Edmund Campion Catholic School, Maidenhead.
