One of the best things about slimming world is that no matter how many days you have off track - you can always get back on it... I’m feeling so good for been back on track.
Although I have gained a little so my overall loss is no longer 5 stone it’s great knowing I’ve found a diet that’s sustainable, healthy and balanced. Knowing I can go out have a bad meal and get back on track the next day.
I’m one of the biggest giver uppers, I struggle so much with motivation and keep...ing on track but if I can do it so can you - especially with the love and support from the amazing members in group.
4 and half stone lighter in total and feeling much better. Overcoming health issues, mental well being issues and everything in between. If I can - you can too!üòò

You will find us behind some green gates at the end of the road, there is plenty of space for parking. I know it’s inconvenient having a change but it’s literally only round the corner.
