This week in group was taster week - our members made onion bhajis, lemon filo tarts, cous cous salad, ham and egg breakfast cups, ombré raspberry slice amongst loads of other yummy treats to share during group.
Not only did we enjoy all this food but the group lost 55.5lb between them this week with our Slimmer of the Week losing 4.5lb in just 7 days.
