Slimming world has changed my life. Without the help and support of the group and our consultant Stuart I don't think I would have made the change. In 7 months I have reached my target weight I was 14/5 when I first weighed in I am now 4/1 lighter and a lot healthier 😊

Its great Stuart is great.If u have a gain he'll get to the bottom of it too help u recover from it.When u loose its great the feeling he gives you all with all the other members of group overwhelms.
