Its our last week of classes before Christmas, so lets break out the Christmas Jumpers for our class photos!!

I'm so pleased i found this list of when all our favourites will be on this Christmas, i shall be remembering to "keep" this year too.

Whiteley's Farm is our favourite place to buy a Christmas Tree, were a bit late this year as Christmas doesn't start until after Daisys birthday. With two toddlers and a cat-this could be a very bad idea... lol

I love Christmas, I love my babies, so i have been trying to make some Christmassy photos.... so far, its not going well! 😂😂😂

We'll be starting the New Year at Workhouse Fitness Club in Farsley.
Its a lovely big room, there's free parking and plenty of space to leave your pushchair. Theres also The Loft Coffee Shop, which has an area for the babies to play, so we can sit and have a coffee together.

I really enjoy this class. It's nice to find something that's equally enjoyable for mum and baby. Also good that it doesn't matter if your baby sleeps through the whole thing unlike other activities!

Hi, Im Natalie Kneeshaw and I run Sling Swing Leeds. Sling Swing classes are for people to enjoy dancing with the benefit of being able to bring a baby along. It all began early 2016 when my eldest girl Amelia arrived, I wanted to start a class that gave people the opportunity to be active in an environment where people can chat and have fun whilst bonding with their baby. What it led to is a community where people can come to spend time with others in the same situation, it...s about so much more than exercise or fitness, its about emotional and hormonal wellbeing as well as just having fun..
Ive lived in Leeds for over 20 years having moved from Kent to go to University. I met my husband in my previous career in the transport industry and we have our two girls and our cat.
Im also a swimming teacher at TurtleTots, its wonderful to be able to teach young children a life skill, I enjoy it very much.
I feel very privileged to bring people together to have fun and to hopefully bring them friendship and support at what can be a very isolating time.

I have been coming to this class since my little boy was 3months old (he is now nearly 11months !) and we both love it . It is a great way to bond with your baby in a fun and relaxed way . Natalie is just fabulous ,as are all the other ladies and babies � .Music and movement is known for its benefits for babies but also music is amazing for adults mental wellbeing too ! Definitely a highlight of maternity leave ,would recommend to anybody .
