Perfect service lovely managers overal top lads, for one of the busiest places in canary wharf this pub is doing a pretty good job keeping up the standards, never let me down, their cocktail and prosecco offers are insane
My colleagues and I frequently visit the Slug & Lettuce Canary Wharf, the atmosphere is fun and friendly, great cocktails and a quick service, the manager always says hello and remembers repeat customers, great place for meetings with clients or a catch up with friends!
Had a great evening, bar was packed but we didnt have to wait too long to be served. Half price cocktails and really nice prosecco. Had a nice meal in the restaurant and the staff were lovely
Friendly staff, good food, although I prefer my chips on the plate, not in a tin pot.
Came for a breakfast today before our personal licence exam. Scott was an absolute saint! Definitely one of the best hospitality workers I've ever seen. Myself and my squad passed our exam and decided to come back for a celebratory drink. Was greeted again by Scott who just seemed so positive! Was served by a new member called Josh who had a happy smile on his face! We work for a small stonegate TPK in west Sussex, this by far has to be the best Stonegate pub we've ever been too! ���
Staff were lovely and were so kind to our baby boy. Service is quick and great! Only thing negative is the lack of baby change in the toilet. They have it in the disabled lol but someone was in there for ages so had to change on the floor of the ladies!

Food was good and great atmosohere even with 2 kids in tow. The server must have been new as didn't know the menu or drinks on offer and charged us wrong (charged extra for kids drinks and ice cream when was included in their meal) she asked for help from a colleague and it was resolved quickly and easily. Didn't spoil the visit just wasn't very professional from their point of view.
The cocktails were decent, but the service for a busy Saturday night was too slow: not enough staff serving at a large bar. Also my friend had her jacket stolen from the back of her chair.
Standard pub with average service that seems to work that more the bar staff fancy u the quicker u get served rather than any usual queing system.
The food is also average. Some of ours was burnt and over cooked but this is a slug and lettuce so take it or leave it I guess.
The worst porn star martini I ever had. All pre done in a gin bottle!!!! Disappointed

Brought and paid for me and my wife’s food and drink order the bar staff FORGOT to make me our drink first of all and went off serving other customers until I asked for our drinks then questioned me as if I’d taken them although I hadn’t moved from the spot then had the wrong food sent out to us Halloumi and avocado was ordered (wife’s vegetarian) they sent bacon and avocado..... but all was ok the manager or I assume he was gave us a friendly handshake and an apology oh and sent the member of staff for a 5 minute break
Friday was brilliant staff was great even though busy, didn’t take long to get a drink. Saturday afternoon waitress was terrible, and the food was over cooked, especially the chicken in the dish “small plates”
Food was good but there were a couple of things that spoiled the evening. The table was sticky even after I asked for it to be wiped again which I believe is because of the stuff used. And the music was much too loud. I know it was a Friday but everyone, including us, was having to shout at each other. One table of ladies weren't even speaking to each other!
What a sad bunch of bouncer staff these guys have.. the one tonight when I wanted to go to the toilet, at 11.30, forced everyone to show them they have bought a drink at the bar and when I showed him the last drop of my glass, he was okay with it. This was after we were there for more than 3 hours drinking outdoors. When I asked him why that was insisted on, he said I had asked him too many questions and I lost the rights to go through and wouldn’t let me. Not sure if the guy, who was about 5f 5” felt threatened, but he wouldn’t enter into a civil conversation about the reasoning behind his decision-making, but I doubt there was much “thinking” he could make. His apologetic colleague told me the guy’s name was Harry H, not to be confused with the English actor who was actually good at what he did.
We spend over 2 hours there 90% of the time we were at the bar waiting for drinks (we only had 2 drinks each).
At 9 40 we asked the waitress for some food and she said the food service was over at 10 so we pointed out the time, said it wasn't 10 yet. She said she would come back but of course she never did
Rude staff, bad service, very disorganised. And disgusting toilets. My advice is don't bother going there
Took over an hour for food to come and when it did my wife's egg was almost raw and my vegetarian. Breakfast had been swapped for a regular full English as kitchen had run out of quorn sausage's. Would have been fine but I don't eat meat. Overall poor service from start to end. Cost of meal was refunded but won't be going back in the future.
Sadly I won't be coming back here. The sharing platter was so greasy and some of the food was cooked for too long. Was told the 50%off on Mondays were finished but it's still being advertised on the new menus .extra chips that were ordered didn't arrive with the food and was told they had been forgotten to be added . Asked for napkins and cutlery but had to go find them ourselves until a waitress went and got them . We also got overcharged for items because the children's ice cream came with the meal but
Got £6 for them . Was such a disappoint.
Place filthy! Menu's and rubbish on floor. Bar full of half empty glasses. Sticky tables and floor. Ordered food, burger and chips......the brought me a sandwich and salad and said they didn't have chips or burger buns! Didn't even offer a refund until I asked for one! Won't be going here again! Staff unfriendly also! Toilets disgusting!.......we left and went to Nandos!
