Very impressed with the great offers on at the slug and lettuce. 2 for 1 on cocktails all day every day. Fantastic deals on food too. Very trendy surroundings. Great ambiance about the place. In Liverpool next weekend so will seeking the one out there.

My first visit to a Slug and Lettuce, thoroughly enjoyed it. I can recommend the lasagne and the Cherry St. Clements cocktail 😋

I throughly enjoyed my experience at slug and lettuce. The staff greeted me with with enthusiasm and were very pleasant. The manger Georgina made sure I was seen too and was very pleasant. Reasonably priced and the food was amazing. Will visit there again again when I’m next over.

I have to say we were in the deansgate one last night also the spinning fields one 2 for 1 cocktails!!!!!! Amazing food!!!!fantastic staff !!!! Customer service was excellent I absolutely love this place xx I would recommend it to anyone xx

I cant thank Slug and Lettuce enough for their hospitality on Saturday. Although it was mega busy, at prime time, the staff went out of their way to make sure that my group of 25 were looked after. The food and drinks were mega cheap and I couldn’t complain about the quality. Thanks for having us, we’ll be back again!

The the place is very clean and bright food abit pricey for what you get the drink are as well but the place is comfortable and spacers

Had lunch there yesterday, steak sandwich and skinny fries which was very nice. Staff are very friendly and we got a table straight away. My only criticism is that we ordered pudding and it took forever to arrive. By the time it came, after we reminded them, I didn't really want it anymore. When it eventually arrived the pudding was served with cold custard which I found a little odd, maybe you should have the option for warm custard with your sticky dicky bites.

Venue it’s self was good. Great atmosphere and most people friendly and out for a good time. Music brilliant. Bar and service not so good , the barmaid split more than she got into the glass and then looked at me like it was me in the wrong when I mentioned that the pornstar glass was only half full 😐

It was very busy with nowhere to sit or stand, we eventually managed to stand near the window, and watch the bouncers letting large groups of people in even though it was already full. But apart from that we enjoyed our cocktails.

There was a long queue for the bar, despite not being exceptionally busy and they're being several staff. It took a long time to get served. When I did, the server was lovely but very new - his first day. Perhaps one reason for the slowness, the other being the length of time it takes staff to make the cocktails they sell. I was so long in the queue, my companion thought I'd found somebody better to talk to!

I told the bar man we were going to the theatre in half an hour, would food be served in time? He consulted colleagues and said yes, so we ordered. Half an hour we chased the order with a waitress, but she never came back and we ended up leaving without eating.

I must ask for my refund.

"Pleasant but disorganised" is how I would describe the place and it's staff.

Staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. If you don't match up to the type of people they want in their you will be treated badly. Very rude and worst customer service ever.

Four of us went and 2 of us ordered 2 vegetable linguini and got 2 mushroom linguini, they did offer to return the wrong order for the right one but as we'd waited about 20 minutes for the wrong order we chose not to bother, we should have taken the offer as the food was cold. One of us ordered just a plain chicken sandwich, no drink and it was fine also got a good price on it, third meal was okay. You’d think it would be hard to ruin a simple drink like ‘lime & lemonade’ but the 2 we ordered were absolutely awful and virtually undrinkable but as we had cold wrong order food we thought we might as well be truly miserable enjoying ourselves!

Would we go back? Probably yes, but if the order was wrong we’d definitely return it and

Went in for drinks before meeting friends at 2pm, returned at 6.15pm after having food at the living room to be told by the doorman we couldnt come in due to the men having trainers on and suggested we go next door to weatherspoons😡.. smartley dressed with smart trainers, two 45 old men with wifes, not exactly hooligans. Worse thing is the doorman was a huge scuffy mess who should most definatley should not be giving out dresscode advice# sort youself out first! My advice go to any other bar on deansgate bar this one?

We popped in here for some food when on a hen night. The staff were more than happy to take over £100 from us in SCOTTISH bank notes however when we ordered a second round of drinks and went to pay with the same it was refused as they don't take SCOTTISH money!!!



We were all absolutely disgusted with this racism!



Thankfully they were the only pub we encountered the full weekend that had this issue. Even the bouncer agreed that they were just being ridiculous!



Poor show Slug & Lettuce! ����

We had a nice time apart from one member of staff, Eric, who was very rude to us and when we had a slight issue instead of trying to make it better for us, Eric was very rude and made the situation worse. If I had a chose of whether to go back to this bar or not, he would be the reason not to.

Was queuing up outside last night to get in to witness one of your bouncers disgusting behaviour he dragged a man out from the bar and the man was upset and shouting at the bouncer but as he was just settling and about to turn away the bouncer then slapped the guy in the face for no reason and started fighting with him nearly knocked us over and 2 other bouncers joined in one kneed the man in his face and they had him on the floor with his head in the road where taxis where moving! That bouncer was then aloud back on the door after he did that he should of been sacked I didn’t feel one bit safe when thats the type of security protecting you me and my friends then got a taxi home

Poor service at the bar seemed to blatantly ignore I was there and serving everyone else first even though there was 2 being served then me so shouldn’t really been that hard to work out who was next, then got food order wrong 2 meals and they weren’t the best poor value for money, won’t be going again when I’m next in manchester

Perfect place if you are deaf given the music loudness easily surpasses that of a taking off jet. If you also don't need to speak to your friends, there you go: paradise.
