We had an amazing experience here today, Kim has been FANTASTIC! All the staff in general are fab. Must go to place definitely! Clearly the review below are just look for any petty reason to nitpick!

The cocktail making master class was such a laugh and the man helping us 'josh' was so good, helpful, attentive, fun and very caring. A great asset to your staff.�

That wa sum meal....chilling atmosphere n the food OMG. Brilliant day

Steak sandwich was cooked to perfection and a very refreshing quince gin and tonic. Will definitely go again �

Saturday night saw us cocktail making with Josh - one of the activities on my hen do! What a fantastic time we had! Josh was utterly fab - very patient, friendly and out to have a laugh! We couldn't have had a better time. The set up round the table was great as we were still altogether, and the cocktail choices brilliant - even if some people did them completely wrong (mother!) Would highly recommend!

Just nipped in for a quick pint on a lovely day, what can I say the staff were amazing very helpful very knowledgeable friendly smiles all round such a good place ended up having food after feeling that welcomed. Brilliant place

I took 13 other ladies last night and we had the best evening ever. Pete was great and friendly, we giggled all night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so very much!! �

Friendly service clean good food ( the fries needed a couple of minutes more cooking as where slightly hard in middle and a little floppy on the outside !) the fish finger sandwich was lovely ( tartar on the side though as not everyone likes it ) over all delish thankyou !

Also dog friendly for outside but didn’t offer water bowl something to think about ?

Fabulously friendly staff! An early evening stop with our 4 year old, they couldn't do enough for us, and the cheeky grown up cocktails were rather fun too! Food was lush and the kiddie menu was outstanding value and quality x

Enjoy our lunch. Menu is ideal and friendly and helpful staffs overall efficient . We had been somewhere else earlier with poor choice of menu and finally happy with what theirs had to offer . .... so very nice food and drinks plus a lovely view either way you sit . I will give it a big thumbs up �

This is a good place to go, when you are HARROGATE. It's just down the left hand side of Bettys. Good atmosphere, very good food selection and also very good food. A warm and clean establishment and pleasant staff. Go on, treat yourself and enjoy the yourselve.

Down at Harrogate for 1st time and likewise we decided to try The Slug n Lettuce for an early dinner to allow myself to watch football later on. We were pleasantly suprised how friendly the staff were and with a Wednesday special of selected wines reduced to £12 , we happily choose a nice £20 bt of Rosė.

My wife had the Tempura Vegetables and had asked for mayo instead of Bloody Mary sauce and i opted for southern fried chicken coujons. Both were top notch except my wife got the original sauce instead of Mayo. This was sorted immediately and staff were terrific. Mains were also very nice and was good value for money.

We both shared a portion of Churros for desert and enjoyed same. Overall we would defo go back and would highly recommend to friends and family. Many thanks for lovely meal and drinks guys ������

Had a nice lunch here, the place was great. but was disappointed with the service. The staff were slow, brought one meal and not other, when it eventually came the order was wrong. They did apologise but the place was almost empty, at the end of the meal I asked if I could have the card machine to pay down stairs as I'm on crutches at the moment, they said no probs. We waited and waited in the end my friend had to go upstairs to pay. The staff member was leaning on the bar playing crosswords on her phone. There were no other customers waiting.😡

Me and my partner both had steak...wasn't good at all...we did tell the staff tho...starter was a bit well done too....over all not a good experience...won't be eating there again....on the plus side the Peroni was nice
