We did the cocktail making with buffet for a Hen party. We had a brilliant time. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Buffet food was lovely. Would recommend.

I have been a few times now, had a lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and cocktails. Each time has been great service, friendly staff, food is lovely and love the cocktails!



Also looks great inside, lovely place to chill with some friends with a few drinks �

Had the marinated chicken very tender and the salad was very fresh.

Had a wonderful Long Island Iced tea .... lovely

Had a lovely lunch here and the service was great will definitely be going again, havnt yet tried the cocktails x

Been multiple times since they re-opened and can definitely say they've changed for the best! The staff are super friendly and the food is great. Even better, the cocktails are unreal and there's a huge choice! Would recommend the white velvet cocktail and the churros �

Just had lunch here, good service and good food. good value for money but you get what you pay for. I wasn't too shocked by portion size etc. not impressed with chips served in a can as it's a good way to downsize

I'd advise to book a table as bust at weekends.

We got there to find out 4 person table reservation was too small so luckily we changed tables. We then couldnt have food ordered from table we had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be ordered at the bar was do fed up. Quick serving once ordered and cocktails 241 good very tasty not impressed overall wouldnt go back again on a sat night too busy!!

Wouldn't eat here again... my order came out wrong, sent it back and then brought the right meal out with hair in it to then send it back to get a new one to have another hair in it!

Stood at the bar for 5 mins whilst the 2 bar maids were making cocktails. We were then completely ignored by by one of the bar maids who went and served someone who was at the bar after us.

We were planning on having something to eat. Instead we walked out and went to The Bargeman's Rest where the food was amazing.

My friends and I payed the Slug and Lettuce a visit for the first time last night (29/3/2018) as it was my friends birthday



Sadly we left after 25 minutes as none of our group had been served at the bar and we were not prepared to wait any longer to be served



The only reason I'm giving a 1 star rating is because the floors were not sticky

Had lunch there today and I was somewhat disappointed to say the least, we ordered and paid for food and asked for the receipt, we were told it would come out with the drinks, the drinks and food came out with no receipt to which we asked again, we had sharer starter and it came out with the main course and the mushrooms were cold inside and so was the chicken so we didn’t feel we could eat it, finally the bill came out with an apology that we had things on our bill that we didn’t order or get so we were given a refund for it, we began to work out who owed what to find out that we had been charged more than the menu price for other items, we said about it to the staff and received our 3 rd lot of change!! A bit suspicious to say the least, all in all very poor, also things to note under staffed, toilet seat broken, no soap in the toilet, I will post a photo of my receipt to prove the times I was over charged
