Went in for late lunch with friends, I thought the service was excellent and we all finished our delicious food

Went for tea after work and was served for 4 hours by the most lovely pleasant young girl called Lauren b, she is an absolute credit to your company! Couldn’t of been more helpful or nice! Will definitely be back thanks to the brilliant customer service from Lauren B !! Xx

Thank you so much to all of the staff. Just had my mum's hen night, cocktails were amazing, food was was fabulous and we were well looked after. Table set up lovely with ballons and provide it all went off perfect.

Second time in just over a month we have eaten at Slug & Lettuce Liverpool and have had a lovely experience both times. Wonderful friendly service and lovely food, thank you.

Me and my husband went yesterday to celebrate our first anniversary and staff were absolutely lovely food was beautiful and hot served on time. And we both got cocktails on the house for our anniversary.

A weekend away with my mates, called in here for a bite to eat, not only good food but entertainment as well. Young girl singing, very good. Staff were excellent food was good. Enjoyed it. 👍

Went on Black Friday for some lunch, the lunch deal from £5 is really value for money, will go again.

Went here for Xmas night out with work. The steak came as I ordered (medium rare) and without a word of a lie, it was the best steak I’ve had in Liverpool. Meat was moist succulent and a little bloody, the drinks were good, if not a little overpriced. The mojito range was not good although 2 for 1 on the cocktails made for a good night. A good night had by all and would definitely return.

Even though it was chilly we sat outside to people watch, great bar, prices changed at the bar for same drinks which was a little strange!! Just wish my gin had been in a gin glass rather than tall one!!

Enjoyed meal service great and professional and friendly the only complaint for me was music just a little too loud so much so when more diners came in the shouting to be heard over music became a little over the top. Please take on board as otherwise an enjoyable meal .�

It’s a nice place. Very expensive because of the very small amount of food you get on your plate. If you want a pudding not enough to feed a cat. I would not go again.

Went yesterday for lunch, hubby had sausage and mash, portion size child size, overall service was extremely slow even though it wasn't busy. This slug and lettuce, both food and service is not a patch on the Leeds one.

We went today after the santa dash for something to eat. We ordered 5 meals and had a 50minute wait before the food arrived without any mention of an apology. The food was cold when it eventually arrived and The vegetarian breakfast we ordered had bacon on it!

We were told there were no hot drinks and despite these being part of the full English breakfast option we ended up having to buy cold drinks on top of the £7.50 meals! Oh and then the waiters and waitresses started walking past us with trays of coffees for other tables!

Absolute waste of money. I’m sure the drinks are nice but the food wasn’t. If we didn’t have a baby and a toddler with us, I would have complained at the time. We won’t be returning

My meal was not good at all !! I ordered the steak, it was so dry. I left the whole meal. The staff were super busy appreciated, so did not get a chance to order anything else. When the waitress cleared our plates away I told her about my food. When the bill came she said she had taken a discount off my 2 friends meals however they had eaten there meal? I did not want to make a fuss so I just accepted this. On a positive note the waitress staff and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful and could not fault them. However the food on the other hand was not as great.

Chicken tikka was ok ...but 4 small cubes if chicken for £9 ?? Forgot the sides ...and a very long wait...won't bother again .

Cheesy nacho with chilli ordered ! What arrived was nachos with 3 lumps of mince n a smattering of cheese. Complained to staff who were rude n said that’s all they were allowed to serve . Menu should have just read nachos !! Trading standards I think !!

Booked table for staff night out. Food was awful need a saw to get through the chicken it was that tough. Floor was dangerous was nothing spilt but was really slippy felt like it had furniture polish on wooden floor. Seen quite a few women almost fall including myself.

Went yesterday for tea , waited ages for staff to come to the table , ordered our drinks which took them 10 minutes to bring over even though it wasn’t busy , ordered fish and chips which was only lukewarm and chips were oven chips and horrible , fish wasn’t very nice either and the peas looked like they had been sat around all day, so overall not good , wont be going again

Went on Monday before little mix concert there were 8 of us all together. I ordered drinks and food.. drinks were fine and cocktails you can’t fault but the food was awful. Everything was over cooked and we had to send some of the food back as it was that bad. Everything we ordered all seemed to be deep fried. Would not normally write a review like this as we all do have our bad days but this the second time i have ate there the last few months and had the same issues. Told the waitress that we wasn’t satisfied and she advised I would let the chef know... not really good enough see as we spent about £150. Won’t be returning!!

I was wondering if anyone can help me! My boyfriend had his coat taken in the Slug and Lettuce on North John Street on Friday night at 11.30. It is a navy jacket from Zara, size medium or large with a set of keys inside. If anyone finds it please let me know, thank you x
