Would really recommend booking a cocktail making session, we have really enjoyed ourselves and been looked after extremely well by our host Asma!!!

The staff was excellent couldn't do enough for you . I had food allergies and the kitchen staff altered and the dishes for my diaries needs
I had a lovely night with my pals tonight - would recommend to all my acquaintances.
Glad it wasn't full of peasants like the other bars in town.

Had an absolutely fab day here for my hen do. Cocktail making was excellent and a special thanks to Ash who was a brilliant host. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys! ���

Absolutely stunning place. Great service, great standards a must go to place in St Albans. Easy 5 stars for me!

The female staff were very friendly,bubbly and attentive. The male staff couldn't even crack a smile! Atmosphere was good but gets so over crowded making it impossible to get drinks , end up standing at the bar for quite a length of time . Music- always spot on at the weekend.
The decor is nice and it's bright and airy. The food was ok, I enjoyed my tortilla salad bowl. Staff were ok but not very quick at clearing the tables.
Service good, food excellent. As vegetarians we had lots of choice and opted for the veggie sharing platter. It was awesome! Only things that let it down......Ladies toilets dirty and all the seats were hanging off, not a good impression. Also, tables wobbled really badly and we had to fold up paper and wedge it under the second one because we couldn't be bothered to go around trying to find a non wobbly one. Aside from that we enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced. Tables are a nice distance apart so you can have a conversation without shouting. We will probably return on our next visit to St Albans.

Had lunch and cocktail yesterday afternoon staff friendly food very good not bad priced a pubs a pub sometimes good sometimes bad lets face it your never short of somewhere to eat in St Albans if your not happy
Had a good night with friends. The only downside is the amount of time queuing at the bar up to 5 people deep to get served! Could do with more bar staff!!
Normally good service here but today.... A staff meeting is more important than serving customers..... and the body language isn't impressive.... food is fine though...
Good night out, good music and drinks. Downside is the queueing system, or lack of it. It is just a case of whoever pushes to the front first. Drinks are also quite expensive!
Rude female member of bar staff who got overly aggressive to customers for requesting a cocktail that was made in a cracked and chipped glass it was pouring out of and she failed to notice be re made instead of simply poured in to another glass when it could well contain fragments of glass. Bit our heads off and said "well it doesn't" and when she was asked how she could be sure she proceeded to shout "FINE THEN WHATEVER" snatch both drinks off the bar slam them down behind her and half remake them not even finishing them off properly before proceeding to stand ranting to her friend in front of us for simply asking the miserable psycho to do her job. Disgusting and unnecessary way to behave towards paying customers! So rude! Not worth the visit when you get that kind of treatment for the pleasure!
If you want to go somewhere for a drink in St Albans this place should be the last place you should go. I was kicked out last night and the door staff here couldn’t explain to me why I was removed from the bar. If you want a drink go elsewhere. Plenty of options in St Albans.
Friday night work function - slow service (we had to ask for table service); 15 people jammed into a booth; quinoa salad that was inedible (could be removed as one piece!); sweet potato fries that had been cooked beyond recognition; all beef 'off the menu'; leering security staff at the door (c'mon guys - its 2018!). All in all a disappointing evening - avoid.
