Was in here Friday night and had a great time.

My wife accidentally left her mobile phone in the bar and didn't realise until the next day. Luckily someone handed it in and she got it back.

A big thank you to the person who handed it in we are very grateful. My wife put some money in the charity box on the bar.

Amazing service and such a lovely atmosphere! The cocktails and food were absolutely lush.

I had a hypo as I’m a type 1 diabetic and they were so quick bringing me a coke over which really was so thoughtful.

Very pleased with our visit. We booked the cocktails and platters for a Hen weekend and it couldn't have gone any better. Lovely chap did the demonstration (Deneil I think, apologise if that's spelt incorrectly) and the food just kept coming, which was tasty and well presented. The staff were lovely and were even kind enough to make us up some doggy bags, even though it was a super busy Saturday afternoon, thank you ÔøΩ

Just had lunch with my three children. Charlie was our waitress was so lovely and gets 5 stars for fantastic customer service.

Had my Hen Weekend in Bournemouth and this place made my hen! Cocktail making was brilliant with danil (sorry, if spelt wrong!). All staff was friendly. A special mention to the bouncer, Daniel, who went beyond what was expected. I would email directly to ensure he gets the recognition he deserves. The second night, we all agreed our last night had to be at the Slug and Lettuce! Brilliant place, lovely cocktails and friendly staff. When I go Bournemouth again, I will def visiting again! ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ

Great place, friendly staff, brilliant balcony to drink, eat and people watch, and if your lucky like we were the sun was out and we got sun burnt. Definitely go back there again üëç

Great food , good cocktails friendly staff including 'The beast' . It was fantastic for our leaving do.

Fantastic people that work there. Went out of their way to help the bride to be that had to go to hospital. Decided 2nd night of wkend to go back. Loved it. All down to earth and go out their way to make us experience enjoyable (even if waiting for ambulance) great customer service skills. Best slug and lettuce we have visited. Def will go back night after night if we do another trip to Bournemouth. Thank you so much. Specially the bouncer daniel ur a star

Been here a few times absolutely amazing time all staff worked their butts off to make it a pleasant night. Got a table straight away will definitely be coming back

Popped in there while waiting to catch a bus.Had a pint of Amstel which was reasonably priced as i have paid more in other establishment's.Found the staff very friendly and overall enjoyed it and would happily go back again.

My friends and I often go to the Slug and Lettuce when we're in Bournemouth and have never had a bad meal and we always have a cocktail with are lunch staff have always been polite and friendly ÔøΩÔøΩ

Even thou all the shops were shut in Bournemouth town centre due to weather ice and snow. The staff showed up and gave us a great 3 - 4 hours of eating and drinking.

very welcoming and the waitress was informative however, one order was mistakenly placed with another tables order and the poor child had to wait about 15/20 minutes for her food. None of the children liked the chicken it was quite rubbery. I believe all the adults liked their meals.

We had a great visit as it was birthday. Drinks were a bit expensive. But no worse than any other place. The plate was hot but my chips and peas were just warm. But it didn’t stop us having a good time . Staff were excellent. X

Lunch menu from £5 it said everywhere although I struggled to find anything under £8. Maybe they mean the kids menu which was £4.99. Staff were lovely and friendly. The did fail to tell us that the burger on the kids menu wasn't Available so we had a disappointed little boy. Both myself and my friend are on slimming world and found it hard to choose anything that would work for us. We asked if the salad could come without the tortilla bowl with the dressing on the side which they happily did for us. I found the food was nice but I don't think it's worth the price tag. Same quality as a wetherspoons.

I have been twice! The first time I came i asked for my steak to be medium rare it came out and might as well of been resuscitated!! Then the second time my cocktail I ordered was made wrong my steak came out with no chips went back to the kitchen! Then came out with tomatoes instead of mushroom which was asked so went back to the kitchen and when Recieved finally there was a hair on my steak!! I'm not impressed with the service! However I did get my money back for the steak!! Of which I wouldn't of if I didn't insist for it!! Would not recommend it.

Blonde girl behind the bar was not only miserable she was down right rude when I ordered a mocktail for my pregnant wife we got two which was un expected. I said oh no I only need one and she said “tell her not to drink it “ even better when she presented the card machine she didn’t even look at me. The bar is empty take care of your customers. I understand bad customer service when the bar is busy, but when it’s empty there is absolutely no excuse. Penalising my wife for being pregnant is unacceptable. Does slug and lettuce discriminate against pregnant women?
