Would like to say a huge thank you to smart art for not only doing my mum in laws sponsored tattoo on Saturday but also donating the cost for the charity ( cancer research ) I can not recommend the place enough. Thank you from the whole family. X

Went in as moral support for a friend getting her first tattoo (which turned out amazing, Jim has a very steady hand) and while I was waiting I decided to take advantage of the £20 peircing offer. After years of wanting my tragus pierced I finally got it done! She did a great job! I'm so happy with it and it looks great. Everything was very clean and it didn't feel like anything more than a pinch. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty damn awesome, Rick asked me to play in his shop while the fine tattooists were at work. Great fun, great atmosphere and plenty of humour going around to keep everyone smiling. Jim has done an amazing portrait of my staffy today he's caught her character brilliantly, I'm over the moon with it I would definatly recommend smart art to anyone wanting portraits doing.

I've had 5 tattoos here... They are all excellent!!! I will have many more and they will also be excellent!!!!

I have had 2 tattoos and 3 piercings done here now and every time it has been a great experience. A very relaxed atmosphere with very reassuring people and very sensible and clear advice on aftercare. They listen to what you want and always ensure that you’re completely happy before proceeding. I’m in love with my latest tattoo, a moon mandala on my back. I came in with a very basic outline of what I wanted and James added some fantastic detail to it. Thank you! I 100% recommend smart art to anyone looking for either piercings or tattoos. ��

I have a few tattoos but had my biggest one done by Rik here at smart art. Can honestly say I now recommend you to anyone looking for a new tattoo. Friendly bunch and make you feel at ease and you walk about with a fab bit of work �

I had my kids names tattooed onto my hands today by Yogi - they are great!! So pleased. My first tattoos at age 46, he was great, made me laugh so I forgot how nervous I was!! Really really chuffed and would definitely recommend!!

I had my daith pierced due to migranes I regularly have and I will try anything to stop them or reduce them! So after research and speaking on the phone with a lady at smart art I went in. I was very anxious and nervous but we took little steps and I had it done! It was so quick and I didn't pass out so a good day for everyone! If I need more piercings I will defo come back. I just look forward to seeing if it works for me. Thank you!

I came in yesterday morning for my thigh piece it was brilliant my tattoo yhis morning is so smooth i cant stop admiring the work thank you so much i will be back soon for definite xx

Had my first tattoo here today. I turned 18 on Friday and I've never been so nervous in my life �. The guys couldn't of made me laugh more and made me feel relaxed. In love with my tattoo �thanks guys �

Got my nose pierced here on Friday and couldn’t be happier! Was a nervous wreck when I went in and the lady who did it for me was so calming and reassuring, everything was spotless and so professional. Left feeling amazing! She explained everything about the aftercare so well. Couldn’t recommend any more �
