We have stayed at the Boltons four times and each time we have had a fabulous holiday. The pool is fantastic for the children and location is ideal for town beach and Westbourne. The service from Smart Home Rentals is second to none.

The apartment is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen would make any chef happy and the entertainment facilities comprehensive. Off road parking is convenient and the beach is a short walk away as is a great coffee cafe just up the road.
The agents, Smart Holiday Rentals were very helpful, efficient and dealt with our booking, payment and requests in a professional manner

We stayed at Sandcastles on Banks Road, Sandbanks. A fantastic apartment in a great location 1 min walk to the lovely beach. We have 9 and 14 year old children and we said we would love to go back at the next opportunity.
I recommended Smart Home Rentals to a work colleague who went the week before us and they had a great time and stay also.

We stayed at West Bay apartments last year and intend to book for the same week this year. The apartment was in a fantastic location near both the beach and the town. It was clean to a good standard. The only downside was having to park quite a way away. We had a fantastic holiday.Hoping this year will be just as good.

We have now returned from our second holiday at West Bay which we booked through Bournemouth Beaches. Just as last year the service throughout was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. (Although I would rather keep quiet to ensure I can get the same place next year!!!!)

This was my third visit to Bournemouth as a customer of Smart Home Rentals. The flat we usually stay in wasn't available so we stayed at 5 The Bolton's for a week. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the standard of the flat compared to the price. I expect the higher price was because of the pool. However when we arrived at the flat one of the beds was broken, the bedroom door broke when I closed it and the bunk beds had a large screw protruding from the top bunk which could be dangerous for little ones. Overall the carpets and soft furnishings were grubby and there were quite a few cobwebs. I reported the broken items to the office and to their credit someone did come and fix them the same day. However they said that they were already aware of the broken bed and I feel that this should have been repaired before we arrived. Another problem was noise from the flat above. You could hear every footstep as if they were actually in the same room. This kept us awake since the people upstairs didn't go to bed until midnight and we're up before seven every day. Not a very relaxing holiday. There needs to be some sort of soundproofing and the squeaky floorboards need sorting out. I am sorry to give a bad review as I have had good experiences previously. On this occasion I felt that the standards didn't reflect in the price and I wouldn't be in a hurry to stay here again.
