This is the best hosting company I've ever been with. I haven't had any problems and the service is both fast and reliable. My site never goes down, unlike some other hosting companies I could mention.



Smart Hosting's customer service team is polite and gets the job done. I never really have to ring, because everything always just works. The website is easy to use and managing my domains is very intuitive. They use the latest tech too.



I escaped the evil twisted grasp of Namehog who kept trapping me in contracts for years and forcing payments without my consent, it was a total nightmare and scary experience - something the bank fraud squad got involved with. They hijacked my domains too and I eventually found their apologetic parent company who retrieved them after a lot of google searches into Namehog's background.



Naturally I had to migrate and haven't regretted it since. I'm literally in hosting heaven with Smart Hosting and my mind is at ease. This is a company you can trust with excellent value in both their products and services.

These guys are awesome! I have had total support from these guys .Big shout out for Dave and Adrian ;)

So far so good. I have been with these guys for a month now and decided to go biennial billing after 1st month. I moved mainly for the free lets encrypt service so that I could add SSL certs to my domains. It works a treat and all at no extra cost. The network seems to respond well, I have not noticed any poor load times.

Migration was pretty painless and any problems were quickly resolved via chat.

I guess the only down side is no phone support, but at this price who's complaining. Especially as I have had good responses from the chat line so far.

Just so simple and easy! Support is great and so cheap!

Got my website going when Name cheap services let me down with poor server performance. Have been back and forth on live chat with these guys today to help me get started!



I Switched to these guys and my website loads faster than ever! Not only that they support Lets Encrypt SSL certificates!

Best hosting provider I've ever used. Their customer support is amazing, and servers and very reliable.

Amazing service! great prices! super helpful, nothing is to much or a bother! should I tell as I love them just like they are? Do I want them to grow? But they are so good so I just have to share this- they are super! 5/5!

Unfortunately I have been forced to take my custom elsewhere, due to lack of support and a poor service.



Shame as I have been a customer for years and since they've became connected with Krystal, I have had nothing but problems.

The pain Smart Hosting caused me last year and previously is totally unimaginable. Amongst other things, the worst experience has to do with non-existent support, there is no live chat or skype or mobile number to reach you guys on. You actually don't care about your customers. You don't even apologize when you are wrong. I remember when Krystal bought you guys over, that was the peak of the worst. You guys had sooo much potential but you ruined it. You ruined it for me totally. Its a miracle i was able to survive this and move on to another hosting provider. Please BEWARE!!!
