They are a scam . They make people who dont understant english pay a deposit and explain to them that it is a refundable one and make them sign a contract where it is actually said that the money is a fee. At the end of the contract when tenants want to claim their deposit back they say the money are not refundable because it is a fee. They are liars and they fool people!!

would not reccommend from a landlord perspective, it was not a smartmove to give them our house to rent, although money paid regulaly to us and never missed a payment, too many promises and options given to us to solve challenges that they always failed to deliver on. promised to repair any damage tenants left in terms of contract and then out of the blue demanded overpaid rent from us before they action.They made our experience a bad one with bad consequences and emotive actions on both parties, glad to finish and move on.

its great company... good quality flats... nice friendly staff... get repairs done quick and always friendly to me and carlm me down if i'm upset or angry with my emotions and respectful on my choices and i respect theres on looking after there flat and keeping up to date on my rent.

I love this service and friendly staff and always quick on fixing any faults and awesome boss ever plus good on sorting any faults complaints out and can't smoke in any properties so help me quit and now i vape and do health and safety checks once a week and just lovely friendly staff boss and contractors and cleaners.... i recommend this service for people who wanna rent or be a landlord and always help and provide for you... love this service ;) :) :) :) :)

I currently rent off Smartmove. It started out a little rocky to be fair as the house was promised to us, but the house they showed us , the current tenant decided to stay two weeks longer than when we were promised the house. Not smartmoves fault but they was prepared to pay for a hotel for us for the two weeks as they understood we had to move. Lucky our landlord let us stay so it was all ok in the end. However i doubt any other agency would have done that, and most of the local boston agents never even rang us back! We had our boiler go wrong and they fixed it the same day thx to nick! highly recommend!

Great service, i have had my property managed by alistair for the past 4 years and it is well looked after and he is very fair. His staff are always polite and always helpful.
