Smarta is the only Nutrition Consultancy in South Manchester, specialising in fertility and pregnancy health and wellbeing.

Smarta Nutrition is a new company that specialises in Nutrition for couples who are trying to conceive, struggling to get pregnant or going through IVF Treatment. Marta qualified as Nutritional Therapist at the Northern College of Acupuncture (NCA) in 2016, and is currently undertaking MSc programme exploring nutrition in pre-conceptual period. Having been through the IVF process herself, Marta is the inspiration behind the business and has a great insight as to how nutrition can have a significant impact on the chances of getting pregnant.

As a keen sportsperson, Marta is also passionate about Nutrition in sport and how it can influence individual and team success.
