We were there last night to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. From the moment we walked in the place just oozed friendliness, genuine smiles all round. The food was 'Top dollar', the service was impeccable and the price was pleasantly surprising, too!

'Man of the match' (ahem) has to go to Bissy, the gorgeous cowgirl that made our S&W experience amazing!!

Thankyou to ALL the staff, you're awesome!!

Very busy time of day (3 on a Sunday) but we were seating 25 minutes before our reservation and food was on the table in 6 minutes. Friendly staff and excellent food!

This place is right up my alley, myself and my buddy’s have been here a few times now and it is awesome, the staff are all brilliant and the food is amazing...... loved the 6pint beer towers aswell

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the restaurant was beautiful and loved the cowboy decor.



The food was amazing and not expensive!

Lovely staff, tasty food! A bit noisy when the birthday singing kicks in but it’s all in good fun!

Lovely experience, great atmosphere and the staff were brilliant. We love going to smith and western as a family. The food is amazing and definately not short on portion sizes. Our favourite is the ribs every time. They charge decent prices and provide a great service when it comes to a birthday celebration.

Love the place very pleasant atmosphere staff were brilliant difinitely come here again if we visit Box Hill again for a walk 😘

Had a brilliant evening last night, arrived without a booking but was seated within five minutes, food was great, staff very helpful and our friend loved the surprise happy birthday song. We will definitely be back. Huge thanks to the great staff.

First time here. Fast service, none of that waiting around for an hour like at Harvesters for food to arrive.

Enjoyed a Monday lunchtime meal here to celebrate granddaughters 21st, down side is that the lunch menu is no longer available even though it is advertised on the website, so full price meals had to be ordered ,

Good side is that the meals were delicious served hot and we all got them at the same time which most restaurants seem to struggle with,

Service good, staff very friendly and the place is very well decorated to western style.

Not sure how busy it gets in the evening and weekends but it was fairly quiet when we went.

I will definitely go back again 👍🏻

Been here a few times, and it’s my favourite restaurant, they have changed the nacho platter since our last visit with a lot of red cabbage and more vegetables, but use less chips, cheese and chilli, which isn’t how I like it, I hope it doesn’t go down well and they revert back � apart from that, the food is excellent and plentiful, staff are very polite and proficient, a A MUST visit!

After a random road trip today we googled for places to eat, the first place we visited luckily we walked out and found this beautiful place instead! Food was excellent as were the staff! I’m from Southend but I will deffo be back to visit here again. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks for a great meal guys!

3rd time in 2018. The ‘t-bone’ was cooked just the way I wanted it, medium rare, juicy and pink with curly fries mmmm. Great atmosphere ! ���

Hi, we go there on special occasions with the family & yesterday we had my granddaughter’s 22nd birthday dinner there & as always the food was excellent and our waitress Bissy was so welcoming & helpful. I had my 2 year old great granddaughter there too & they are very child friendly 👍🏻 Thoroughly recommend it 💯%

Great atmosphere and service, and very patient with our table of noisy and excited 9 year old boys. I’ve only given it 4 stars because I was really disappointed to see so many plastic straws. The children’s menu includes unlimited soft drinks but every refill comes in a fresh glass with a new straw. Ditch the straws please!!!
