Saturday feeling? Cocktails!! And boy, do we have a lot of them!

leeds hidden gem. sick atmosphere and music. expensive drinks but the bars so good plus free entry and free gigs makes up for it

any other blues musicians on here who haven't played here get yourself booked here it's my favourite place to play so far played there a few times now and every time there's a good crowd who love the music the bar staff are really nice people and the sound is good for the music so yeah get on it!!!!! It's the dog's bollocks!!!

The music is amazing, the atmosphere is chilled, the ladies toilets smell of nag-champa. The bar man was lovely although the drinks are a bit pricy but all round positive experience. I would travel to Leeds just to have a drink in this bar. 🍸

The girl that was working in the upstairs bar last night ( didn't catch her name) makes THE best Mojito's ever!!! Good music, good crowd, nice set up, lovely staff!

Smokestack is brilliant and I've never had issues there, the guys make the best cocktails , as much as i don't want it to get too busy as too many people means more waiting time for cocktails, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Top marks ladies and gents tops marks.

Sawdust on the floor, blues playing, cocktail making gem of a bar. And the nights are even more crazy.

Read about recommended hidden gems that stand out. This came up several times. Wanted somewhere to see live bands and the local music scene. Fantastic bar, friendly people, great cocktails with places to chill and a great spot upstairs for the live shows. Will be a regular spot whenever I’m in Leeds.

First time experience for me and it won't be the last! Yes the music is top dj chico is top and the bar..well they have a selection of drinks ! Amazing to watch the barman mix up some cocktail I've never had .tasted amazing! Danced the night away ,well until my souls rubbed away haha. Will be going again !

A great place & staff very caring. My partner & I were there on Sun eve & I left a bag of shopping it was returned to me the next day by very attentive staff.

Apart from that as Geordies just there for the weekend it was our second visit, the first being a couple of years ago, it didn't disappoint memories of our initial visit were well founded. Just a great place to be if you like that kinda music!

Would have been a 5 if not for the barman upstairs with the serious bad attitude. Rude & aggresive. Other than that, great bar, great atmosphere, great music !!

Tonight was the second time I went there but after the appalling treatment I got at the bar upstairs by one of the barman, I don't think I will be returning there again. I was mistreated and refused to be served because I complained that three people that got to the bar after me got served before me. Even worse, When I asked to speak to the manager, they guy said that he was the manager...if that is how a manager treats customers, then most definitely is not a place where I intend on spending my money in the future. It is really sad because I had a completely different experience the first time I went there and now I have to take back all the recommendations I gave. So disappointed! :(

Just had a medical on the top floor and the area was not cleared correctly, proficient first aid was not given and the ambulance was only rung after the victim was having a seizure for a couple of minutes. If you value a safe night out avoid places such as this which do not train their staff correctly.
