Unfortunately didn't get the opportunity, but wanted to thank all the staff for being very accommodating to me yesterday evening. My phone had died and was unable to locate my friends - spent an hour and half wandering around Shoreditch trying to find a bar in which no one knew the location.



I came into the Smoking Goat asking for directions, the staff didn't know the place I was enquiring about but kindly offered me a phone charger to use and gave me a glass of water. Finally found my friends thanks to these guys, so just thought I would right a brief message showing my gratitude.

The Breakfast menu is amazing! Curried Eggs, Roti and Khao Soi are all amazing!



The Vietnamese coffee is good and try the Moscato, a sweet Breakfast wine.

Such a friendly bunch of staff who clearly enjoy working there, The food was amazing and looked great, Such a nice atmosphere, never been to this area of London before but would definitely come back just for this food 10/10

Stumbled across this place while looking for a bar for a quick drink in Shoreditch and had some really gorgeous nibbles to accompany our drinks. Staff were very friendly and the music and atmosphere was great. We were on our way somewhere else but wished we had had longer here. Would definitely return if we're ever back in the area.

I never review...But on a bitterly cold evening in Shoreditch last Sunday we by complete accident came across the Smoking Goat after an original choice was too rammed. Although busy the waiting staff squeezed us in and what a great accident. The place bustled with a warm energy, records played in the background and the staff were relaxed, helpful and efficient. We ordered a selection of food on recommendation and loved every mouthful (the Goat was brilliant!). Thanks so much for a great night, we will be back!

Had a great meal - but how do we contact you by phone _ left something in the table

Great place with good atmosphere. It was really busy when we arrived. We hadn't booked but they managed to find us a table after a slight wait. The food was absolutely amazing. Seeing the Chefs cooking and preparing the food is good too -apart from I kept changing my mind on what I wanted as I saw all the delicious looking dishes come out! We would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing place. Fab food. Delightful helpful staff. No hesitation in recommending.

Very good food, but service horrible, the lady seemed lost, forgot some of the dishes (for only 3 people), not friendly at all, taking ages to take paiement. (maybe she was hangover)

Not coming back, shame. Maybe could have been a different experience with different staff

The staff was lovely and the wine was great. But I have heard rave reviews about this place and it didn’t live up to the hype. There was very little spice, and the goat had more oil than spice or flavour. Not the worst meal I’ve ever eaten, but certainly not rave-worthy.
