A bit about Smoove Property:

We are Blackpool based and we only let and manage our own properties so you do not have to deal with a letting agent, you deal directly with the owners. We do things a little differently than other landlords as we strip the properties back to the bones and start again, no covering up dodgy wiring or old woodchip wallpaper as our properties are brand new inside every room from the ground up. We also expect our tenants to treat our properties in the same way we do, with care and attention and due to this we do require stringent checks to move in. We also take 1 months bond and 10% non-refundable admin fee but this is only payable if you move in.

Terms
• We require 6 months bank statements proving at least 3 times the rental income per month is earned by the household (if not a guarantor is always necessary to that effect or a home owner guarantor)

• 6 month minimum term Tenancy agreement
• We require 2 years of previous Landlord references
• We do not allow large pets
• We accept benefit and working tenants subject to successful checks
• We require ID for all tenants on the tenancy agreement
