We are bringing the 🔥 to @crbrewery yard party this weekend! Buttermilk #friedchicken bun & #vegetarian bean chilli totopos (nachos). We will also have 18hr smoked pork shoulder buns for all the #Notts massive.
We have this amazing smoked lamb barbacoa on the board @nottsstreetfood this wknd. I made myself a cheeky taco with our homemade queso fresco & peanut salsa inspired by @enriqueolveraf. It’s 🔥 @ Nottingham Street Food Club
Made the fam breakfast breakfast tostada this morning. Bacon fat scrambled egg | refried beans | habanero | avocado | chicharrones. . If you would like this to appear on our menu @nottsstreetfood tag you and your friends. @ Cancún, Quintana Roo
Plate no.4 @arcatulum. . Seared prawns in a chile mixed butter | plantain vinaigrette | green grosella & chile manzano salsa. . Hands down the best prawn dish. I’ve eaten. The grosella & manzano salsa was unbelievable and I wanted to drink it out of the bowl. 💯🔥
The second plate... . Roasted local sweet potato empanada | sweet potato & pine nut mole | Oaxacan cheese |bechamel |grilled oyster mushroom | salsa verde.
Loved the presentation of this plate. I expected a little more heat from the morita oil but Maybe that was not the intention. The almonds provided a great contrast in texture and the bread was incredible.
The first plate we had was the... . Tartare of roasted peppers, toasted almonds, pepper ash salt, morita chile oil and house grilled bread.

Taquería Honorio
We ordered two of everything and they were all phenomenal. Freshly nixtamalized tortillas do make a difference to the end product and something I have been looking into for a while. The Poc chuc (carne asada pork) and the turkey with boiled egg were my favourite.
If only I could have produce like this everyday in the UK. @ Tulum, Quintana Roo

Really enjoyed the @mokoshfood pork dumplings | spicy Savoy cabbage | Russian salsa | mustard pickles & sour cream. One of the tastiest bites of streetfood I’ve had in ages, big up 👊🏼
