Lots of choice, reasonably priced and a well stocked toy store. The staff are very helpful, and very polite. There's also lots of parking available.

Found it difficult. I noticed that even the children were overawed by the height of the shelves.

We were looking for a double pushchair for a holiday and visited the store. We arrived at the store around 7.40pm keeping in mind the store shuts at 8pm. The staff were really helpful took the display pushchair out so we could try out with both of our boys. They showed us all the features and gave us vouchers to use if we decided to buy. No pushy sales people and they asked us to take our time even though they were shutting the store. They were engaging with our boys to make them feel comfortable. As the store was closing we were happy to purchase the pushchair so we placed the order at the tills. We were waiting for this to arrive at the checkouts and the manager took out some toy cars for our boys to play with whilst we wait. Because of this our boys were super happy and calm (which is very rare…) and they even offered us to take the box into the car.

We kept apologising to the staff for the inconvenience as they were delayed in shutting their store but they assured us it wasn’t a problem. Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. Would definitely visit the store again
