Tall shelves are a bit overwhelming but staff were friendly.

Manager shaan is an arrogant person who doesn't know how to speak to someone, long story short, went to this store to collect 2 copies of a ps4 game which I paid and reserved online for me and my friend, duty manager at checkout told me he can only give me one as its on offer, which isn't fair but I said fine, got my game, then my friend wanted to buy one for her, staff refused to sell it to her telling her that its one per household, requested to speak to the manager, manager shan came and said he said no so it means no and thats the policy. NOT going to smyths ever again.

Duty manager broke my son's nerf gun so we couldnt exchange it. Despicable person

Staff are always friendly and very attentive and won't rush you. They will check things to give you the correct information and are very knowledgeable of the products they sell.
