Smyths Toys Superstores

Endlessly tried to call after my partner was charged 3 times for the same item which she only realised when she got home. She will now have to take our napping children back to the store with all of her bags to try to sort it all out. That is after spending a lot of money at Smyths doing a big Christmas shop.

Great shop. Easy to get to, staff very helpful.

I bought an item on line two for £15 but online the store didn't have the other item I wanted.spoke to the nice gentleman.he took me two the aisle where there were several jigsaws in stock if what I wanted so came out one happy customer.thankyou

Purchased a few items for the nephew, I have to say that I'm not a fan of the layout, it feels as everything is looking down at you. The shelves go to ridiculous heights.

You'd most likely find whatever toys for the kids, but it will take a while, I personally think that the displays could be better improved.

Never ever answer the phone when ringing , I have tried for over an hour to get through and seen it first hand in store them just laughing at the phone

Traveled all the way down to the store after work to get something they showed 5 in stock in the website only to find they didn't have any

Quite expensive but a great range from toys, books and video games. Very helpful staff who are all great with kids. Car park always busy.

We love this toy store it has lots of great offers and a wide selection, there is plenty of parking although the road getting here are always very busy! My only niggles are the shop is often messy and never enough staff on the tills to deal.with the long ques

H3lpful staff and great selection and regular offers. only issue is with elk mill itself. possibly the worse designed car park I have ever come across. go at 9am before it fills with bad drivers

The store isn't a bad size with plenty of space for the kids to explore the aisles. The manager is helpful, well actually I mean the staff are helpful as the manager just asked the lad to do all the looking, so credit to the lad for rummaging through the pile of Infinity characters and checking all the boxes in the back. The prices are OK but still check out competitors in the area. They don't price match 🙁.
