The staff went over and beyond duty yesturday to source a much sort after lego set for my 14 yr old. The only set in Essex was in the Rayleigh store but they pulled strings and got it to Chelmsford for me. My son's face was a picture. So very grateful. Thankyou.

I would just like to say how enjoyable our visit was to the store yesterday.. Cheryl went above and beyond to help us find what we needed, even going as far as removing the last one from display. This i assure you was very tricky indeed.And Oliver on the Tech desk explained very clearly to me the difference between the 2ds and 3ds. Outstanding Service.

I just want management to recognise what a great team they have in the Chelmsford branch and thank you to jack for being really polite and very helpful to us today x

Got my son's PS4 with a good service, always happy to shop here. The staff are good and always have time for you. I only shop here for toys now.... keep up the service and fair prices ;)

Would not recommend anyone to use their click and collect service. Someone else collected my order as they hadn’t asked for ID and they were reluctant to help. Lack of care and security for personal details.
