The BEST by a long stretch

Thanks to Adam an Adele an the team for kindly donating 2 Big breakfasts to my Fundraising day for Ormskirk Children's ward, We are glad to reveal we raised £900 pound, thanks again for your kind donation everything helps and I hear that the 2 ladies that won it had a beautiful breakfast thanx again guys an look forward to any future events you guys can help with xx

I take my little girl nearly every week for our lunch, always great food and great service. Adele is absolutely fantastic, always makes the effort to communicate with my little girl ☺ Really don't know how people can complain about this place. We love it

Adele is incredible at her job. I used to come in when I was doing work experience at a primary school and she always remembered my order and asked me how my day was. The food is really nice, cooked to order and you get plenty of it! My favourite place to go for a chicken burger ��

We have ordered food from here many times and it's been fine but today we ordered food and when the order got here everything was not there and we asked where it was and the man started talk to my work colleague like shit and was really rude. I'm disgusted in how they spoke to her . We will not be ordering food again from here. Very unprofessional

1st and last time I'll be visiting �

If I could give it zero stars I would. Have used for years but past 3 times it has taken almost 30mins to get 2 awful sandwiches! The past 2 times myself and husband have heard complaint after complaint coming through on the phone wondering where their sandwiches were as not delivered!!!! This time complaints in shop too as well staffed but service awful ... Even toast burning away in the toaster today in front of a disgruntled customer!!! You've lost a very loyal customer now and Anyone else I can tell too!!!!
