Was worried it sounded too good to be true at those prices. But it was brilliant, I was kept informed and even sent 2 photos and a map to find the stop. The driver was great and the coach comfortable. Left exactly on time and arrived early. Will recommend to everyone.

Me and my husband took the plunge recently on July 1st and booked a return trip from London to Cardiff and I can honestly say it was great. The coach both times was virtually on time we were well notified when it was on its way. The coach was very very clean, comfortable and had spacious leg room and the driver both times were lovely and friendly and explained clearly where the departure point was. It's brilliant getting dropped off at either Baker Street or St pancras as both these tubes are super easy for access anywhere in London. Also the WiFi worked really well and there was good access to charging ports. For the cost we really can't fault it at all and so pleased were we I am booking again for a return trip to London in September with my best friend. Thank you sn-ap travel for such a positive experience.

I‚Äôve used Sn-ap coaches twice now for return journeys from Cardiff to London, once using the free trip promotion and again as a return customer. On both occasions the coaches have been spacious and comfortable (the NAT coaches in particular are amazing ‚Äď on-board kitchen ‚Äď who knew!). The tracking option is an added and very convenient bonus and the drop off options, which eliminate the trek to Victoria Coach Station, are fantastic. Streets ahead of their competitors ‚Äď I‚Äôm sold!

I’m currently sitting on an Anderson travel coach out of Bristol on route to London.



And sweet sweet lord is it epic. After a slightly stressful sweaty trot to make the bus (a feeling I’m sure we can all relate to) I was greeted by an amiable chap who checked me in, then in I step into what can only be described as some sort of travel Mecca. Tinted windows to beat back the sun, Blissful aircon to sooth my weary soul, funky decor and my very own table complete with plugs, WiFi and not one or two but four cup holders! For little over six quid I can safely say I’ll be using snap for ever.



Thanks guys you’ve made a hot and bothered traveller very happy.

I've now done 2 return journeys from Cardiff to London with snap and both have been excellent.

Some coaches are more luxury than others but none of the coaches have been poor. The info given re: pick up points is very useful.

Prices very reasonable.

Megabus who?!

I think this is a great service. I have used a couple of times to travel from Cardiff to London and the bus is always very comfortable (much better than mega bus and national express) and the drivers friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be using again in the future.

Had such a great experience with Sn-ap. The driver was on time, in a great happy mood and the journey was pleasant. We had a particularly great driver and coach on the way back from London to Cardiff, will definitely use Sn-ap again instead of megabus or National Express!

Had never heard of this before but now I’ve used the service I can not recommend it enough! Went from Bristol to London and drivers both ways were friendly and informative. Sure, we got stuck in a little traffic coming into London, but only to be expected with coach travel. Super-cheap prices. Easy to book.

Great first experience booked with myself and 3 children, got a seat free for our first trip, coach was on time, not so luxury but clean and spacious, we had enough seats to all sit together which you can rarely do on National express. Have already signed up a family member who will be travelling for there first time and will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends. Great job

Was a little surprised to have the bus captain address myself and the other passenger by name without having a manifest on hand, and was polite and respectful.



More importantly, the cabin is spacious and comfortable, with a good variety of seating configurations.



The only down-side for now is the one-per-day trip on weekdays (at 9am). Hopefully more people will use the service and more trips added per day.



Will definitely use Sn-ap from now onwards.

After a recommendation to check out Sn-ap by a friend, my boyfriend and I booked a return to trip to London quite last minute and the journey was still significantly cheaper than what we would usually pay for a single to London! Needless to say, I instantly recommended it to all of my friends. In terms of the journey itself, the live tracker ahead of your journey is so helpful as it actually works and the drivers in each direction were very courteous. The coaches themselves were what you would expect, clean and tidy with charge points. I will definitely be using this service again!

This was my first trip London to Leicester. I loved the fact that it has a stop on Finchley Road near cafes. The tracker was excellent. The sn_ap team were very supportive and answered my email queries immediately.

The coach was comfortable and clean.

The driver was polite and helpful.



Not so great:

No mobile phone chargers

The toilet was ok but would benefit from some bleach.



I got off at fosse park where it was difficult to get a taxi Sunday evening thinking I would save time !! Would have been better off going into the centre according to the taxi driver.



Anyway I highly recommended sn_ap to the taxi driver who said he would share it with his family and friends!!!

I've had a good experience with sn-ap travelling from Cardiff to London and back. The bus to London was late through no fault of sn-ap, but due to mayhem caused by road closures in Cardiff, and heavy traffic in London. The good points:

- a bus stop available away from the city centre, very convenient location in Newport Road

- both drivers (from two different bus companies) driving very well and smoothly, polite and helpful

- live updates of the location and information about the delay

- good quality coaches with air con.

Not that good:

- live updates on the way back not working

- coach to London wasn't cleaned inside (it was a morning one, so no journey earlier on), but that is a minor fault

- toilets: on the way there - "liquid only", not sure why as it was a standard toilet, no water in the toilet tap - that on both coaches, however taps with water were available in the kitchenette area on both coaches, also no toilet paper on the way back.

Overall I enjoyed the experience. Thank you:)

I used Snap for the first time last Friday and thought they were excellent. The coach was much nicer than any I've been on when travelling with Megabus or National Express and the ticket was cheaper. The pick up and drop off points were also much more convenient. The only downside is that there aren't any coaches from Cardiff to London later than 2pm on a Sunday, but hopefully this will change as the Company grows.

I can't fault the driver (Richard, polite & helpful), the coach (Berkeley Coaches, spacious, clean & comfortable) nor the prompt arrival at my pick up points. But I can find fault with the subsequent pick up points.

This week I stayed overnight in London, travelling from Bristol on Weds. For those familiar with Bristol, I was picked up bottom of Christmas Steps, 5 mins later another pick up on Stokes Croft. Why? Not only did this add 5-10 mins to the journey cos of the indirect route to M32 plus additional stoppage time, the coach also has to park causing a blockage on a narrow busy road. My scheduled drop off was Baker Street (pretty much on time).

My return pick up was Farringdon Street, and from then on the problems of Sn-ap's pick up points started thru no fault of the driver. His pick up at St Pancras meant a detour beset with traffic problems and added about 20 mins to the journey. Then the driver's problem was getting to the M4 and even ignoring the bad weather and some traffic on account of earlier probs on the motorway it was never going to be plain sailing.

My point is, why aren't the pick up points in London targeted to make it easier to get onto the M4 as soon as possible?

Good experience travelling from Cardiff - London with sn-ap! We left a little late on the way there but the journey home was seamless. I was pretty sceptical before travelling as it’s not a company I’ve travelled with before, but there was absolutely nothing to worry about!

This would have been five stars based on my journey from Cardiff to London. Had a great trip there, lovely coach, comfortable and well air conditioned, with all the facilities you'd expect and more.



Unfortunately, NAT Group double booked the luxury coach meant for the journey back, and we had a standard coach. There were no facilities to charge my phone so it died half way home and I couldn't call my friend to collect me from the stop as intended. More importantly there was no toilet roll or even SOAP in the toilets which is unhygienic to say the least. The aircon was also virtually non existent.



It was my first experience with sn-ap, and I would advise that the quality of coach should be more consistent. It shouldn't be pot luck whether you get a luxury coach or a sub-standard Megabus. Otherwise you might as well book with Megabus as at least you know you're going to get a coach with adequate facilities.

Great service and impressive coach on the Cardiff-London Friday 15th June which was worthy of 5 stars here, but quite the opposite coming back on the 17th (Watts coaches) which was very disappointing.

If you claim to provide a more premium service than that of other companies i.e National express, you need to ensure it is consistent and not luck of the draw, or you provide an alternative rather than being substandard.
