Had to visit this store today with a bit of an 'essay crisis' to solve. The staff were extremely helpful despite the fact it was just before closing time on a Sunday. Crisis averted, and a very happy customer. Thank you!

Use them whenever I need something in the photographic line. Great shop, such helpful staff, especially poor Scot, who I probably drive mad sometimes. Always suggest them to anyone who needs help.

Extremely rude staff, doesn't care about their customer, don't even try to help out, I was shocked about their behavior. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE!! Worst part, it's not even cheap, it's expensive! They take money for every single thing you say. Its not for a UK passport - "oh ok then it's x extra" when the only difference between both photo requirement is that one needed a bigger head than the other, yet on the same frame size. If you value your money, do NOT go there!

Excellent staff and their support is extraordinary. They assisted me during a most trying time, the death of my aunt. I had to prepare over 250 funeral program booklets and other artifacts. I had tried to prepare the draft but did not take into consideration the size differences between US and UK. They assisted me in correcting all the error. I was able to make the deadline for the funeral because of the staff skills.

Good Value for money as compared to some other franchises out there. Staff members are we'll trained and will go the extra mile with a smile. I mainly interacted with Scott and he was excellent!

Unbelievable service. When asked for standard passport size picture, they went into detail by asking questions which is rarely related.

They are absolutely amazing, especially Scott who works there has helped me creating my wedding album with patience and dedication. He went out of his way and even offered bringing the album to my house as there was slight delays. Scott is one of the people you will remember. Thanks so much for all your work.
