Decent enough snappy snaps, staff probably want to tone down their conversations a bit make it seem like a place customers are welcome

Quick service, average price. Staff clearly didn't want to be there, and had no idea how to work with kids - so getting passport photo was a case of using whatever we could get.

All members of staff were attentive and patiently supported me with putting together a phenomenal A2 poster size collage for my loved one!
Despite the prices being somewhat higher than anticipated the quality of the product was well worth it!

Rude staff and poor service - avoid. We needed passport photos for young children. The woman doing it seemed to hate her job, and had no idea how to work with babies. To make matters worse they almost gave somebody else's kid's photos! Outrageous! I only spotted it because they tried to charge me for one more set than we'd asked for.

The woman there is so rude and bully. They print ok but service isn't good at all and prices are quite high. If you have no other option and still decide to use that shop, be prepared to give a proper answer to that aggressive woman. Otherwise try to avoid them.

Awful! The staff were extremely rude and at one point asked us 'Why do you want a border?' and then told us that it if we wanted the border it would be more work for them. When we went to pick up the pictures, the price had increased to £2.99 per picture because we had requested a border which is a service that they offer and this extra charge had not been added to the receipt that we were given. The quality of the pictures was also poor and the colour saturation was un naturally high.

The day before we went to Snappy Snaps in Bromley where the staff were excellent and the print was of a much higher quality.

I would recommend Lewisham Snappy Snaps if you would like to have your stylistic decisions questioned by an idiot!

Honestly the worst servive ever recieved. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
I wanted to see if I could use the guillotine, when I asked this black african woman tried to tell me that it will cost £3 PER PAPER TO CUT!
I asked her do you have a list of all the prices , and she then proceeded to tell me how dare I ask her.

So Snappy Snaps employees are now lining their own pockets tax free using the brand Snappy Snaps as a name.
Absolutely classy!
