Has been taking me the better part of two months to get my loss of earnings paid. They keep sending me back the same forms over and over even though I'm going in and physically handing them in at the desk.

By the time they finally get you paid you'll have spent it all in travel taking back and forth the same forms!

Also ignore the opening times on a Friday. If you try calling in the afternoon you just get the message it closes at 5 even though it's only 3pm.

The staff are incompetent! They fax over the wrong information to the prisons then no one responds to emails or phone calls in order to rectify their mistakes!! which causes innocent people to spend longer in prison unlawfully!! And it's even more so of an issue when it's a Friday and people have to wait till Monday to be able to get a response!! Totally unprofessional!
