Friendly, professional and as far as I can tell, competent.

I had my van repaired over 18 months according to the techs it was the clutch so paid over 1000 pound to get it done only for it to be the servo. They replaced the servo and that has broken twice know I've found out they did not use genuine parts. Been waiting for over 12 months for this issue to be sorted but Snows will not look at it.

Writing this after taking over the ownership of my dads car who used Snows but have not yet used them myself. Speaking to my parents they've had mixed experience over the years. The tyre pressures to use that Snows recommended seem to be for a newer model, not the model my parents have. My elderly father twice asked them to take a look at his key fob as it was no longer working to control the central locking. Once they said they replaced the battery but it still didn't work (so clearly hadn't been done/checked). The other time he was told to leave the key in the ignition while the battery was on charge. Since taking over the car I simply went to Sainsbury's and bought a new cell battery of the same type - fixed. Basically it was flat and this type of battery is not even rechargeable and they should have known that, you just have to replace it when it's flat. They are the Toyota experts, right?
Since taking over the car and having a puncture the local Kwik Fit promptly raised the issue of the tyres, more accurately, the age of the tyres. This is an arguable point but should Snows have picked up on the fact that the rear tyres were 13 years and the fronts 10, when it was last serviced and even MOT'd? Tyres do have a shelf life and 13 years old could pose a safety issue.
My parents were happy with the work done although there has been at least one occasion when my dad asked for something to be done which hadn't been, although in fairness it might have been because they thought it didn't need doing. He wasn't charged for it however..

Friendly and welcoming environment with a good selection of Toyota cars. I was able to brows with no pressure sales in their clean showroom with free WiFi and coffee machine. The Toyota brand speaks for itself, world renowned for its reliability. Downside is location, shared with Lexus and associated workshops there is little free room for parking.

I've been changing 3 tires in them garage. Appointment was on 9:30 They've been changing 3 tires for almost 2 hours! After job done tracking on car was bad! They have said that It wasn't them fault even though traction before was perfect!! and that they can't do free of charge alignment for me. Women was speaking with me was rude!! So I resigned from using them service. Very bad customer service no one should treat customers this way!! I've been doing regular service there, now I will rather go to Exeter then let them treat me this way!!! They've just lost good customer!! Probably they don't care but I could buy another car in them saloon not any more!

Just called twice to be told no-one is available to take your call - leave a message - simply not acceptable on a weekday at 12.05

Pointless phoning them, never have an answer promise to phone you back but never do. Murrays were much better.

Terrible customer service. We have purchased a brand new car from Snows, and service was poor, and also tried to buy a pre-owned, but was so appalled at level of customer service, that will never set foot inside a Snow's dealership again. Fool me once...

Great friendly staff, will return for my cars MOT and future servicing.
