We have just a few places left for this Saturday. These chefs work absolute wonders with their food and we are so excited to have them at the Snug for this pop up event. Message to book!

User

Don’t forget to consider us when you’re popping out for a ‘bite to eat’ all homemade, warming winter food and of course we are licensed so can have a nice beer or vino to accompany your meal

User

What an amazing quaint friendly place, was like being on holiday sitting have a 3 course breakfast of coffee, fruit skewers, yoghurt & granola and lots more besides, a perfect place to have a gathering for afternoon tea as well 👍🥐🍍☕️

User

What a lovely venue. Celebrated a friend's babyshower this afternoon the hosts couldn't have done any more to make it perfect. Beautiful little place, great food and decoration was so pretty xxx

User

We went for the gin afternoon tea which was great. The Snug team were lovely and very helpful. Recommending other gins they have so we tried a lovely Tiptree Raspberry gin and prosecco. Would recommend and will be returning!

User

This was a surprise birthday present from my friend.

The food was absolutely delicious ( homemade) and you could definitely tell that, & the service was second to none. I will definitely be going back and another friend wants to go too, so I think there will be lots of visits from me. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

The Snug is Leigh's hidden gem, my wife and I have been a couple of times (my discerning wife and her friends more) now and enjoyed wonderful food and great drinks, the staff are always amiable and friendly. The venue plays host to a varied and quirky selection of different things from tapas nights to art exhibitions whilst retaining its charm as a bar and Cafe. A great place in Leigh not to be missed.

User

Sunday breakfast with friends at the Snug!!! Lovely food, cozy atmosphere and the wonderful Mags kept us in tea and coffee....highly recommend The Snug. Xx

User

Such a wonderful little ‘snug’ place to have afternoon tea and catch up with a good friend. Great atmosphere, fantastic service and the ‘afternoon’ tea was delicious, especially the warm sausages rolls . Mags really looks after all her customers. Highly recommend.

User

Popped in for a very tasty breakfast which was cooked pefectly, couldn't resist taking away a slice of the amazing looking homemade lemon sponge cake, which tasted as good as it looks! Freindly, cosy and very welcoming, if your in Leigh on Sea you would be mad to miss out!

User

Just returned from a fabulous Gin & Tonic Afternoon Tea. What a lovely, cosy cafe with friendly staff. The food was fresh & delicious. Will definitely be back.

User

Just been to a baby shower at the snug bar - it was so beautifully decorated they thought of everything from pink lemonade to the cutest tiny pink socks hung from a tree. Great afternoon tea and good bubble too. Thank you

User

I've popped in to the Snug twice this weekend: once on Friday late afternoon for a celebratory drink with my family and again today to grab a yummy freshly prepared and tasty take away sandwich. This place is so lovely and the staff so welcoming and friendly too! Lovely addition to Leigh Road ! X

I got a Groupon deal for a gin afternoon tea having not been there before. It definitely lives up to its name. It's small and cosy! The gin and tonic was lush and they catered for me as a vegetarian. There was a bit of a wait after the sandwiches (they kindly made up extra eggsarnies for us!!) and the owner explained she was making some veggie tartlets from scratch especially for me. They were delicious! And unexpected! Excellent service and really cosy and homely atmosphere. Would definitely come back here. Mum and me loved it.

User

Had the best start to my Hen Do at The Snug!!! Enjoyed having the venue to ourselves for a private cocktail making party, it was such a laugh, the ladies could not have done more to ensure we had a good time, love love love this venue, would definitely book it again for another event, and can’t wait to go there for lunch too! This place is a gem of a place to visit!! Thanks for having us and making my day so special

User

Had a lovely gin afternoon tea here. Unfortunately their system was down so they weren't expecting us so there was a bit of a delay with the food coming out but we didn't mind at all. One of the ladies kindly offered each of us a drink of our choice on the house but we didn't think she needed to as there was no inconvenience caused. The food was delicious and there was more than enough for the four of us. Would definitely recommend this cute little cafe

User

Fab venue, perfect for a girlie catch up, intimate party, breakfast, lunch or evening drinks. Drinks were great quality & can't wait to sample the food menu. I'll definitely be back!

User

Came in for breakfast, I had full English and my wife had the eggy bread with streaky bacon which she loved. Great quality sausages and bacon, really nice place, will be back

User

Amazing! Had an absolutely fab afternoon tea at Snug and the G&T was delicious. Gutted that I'm not a local to Leigh-on-Sea as I would be in there all of the time. The staff are brilliant and so friendly and welcoming. Don't pass this place by.

User

Always enjoy my visits to the Snug, the staff are very lovely and friendly and the food and drink is good! Best place to go for a milkshake especially if you like a splash of amaretto Definitely recommend a visit if you've not been already!

User

A lovely intimate place for a relaxed get together with a cheeky G&T. Fabulous atmosphere and lovely staff xx
