We have been about 5 times to Soar now and have had a great experience on every occasion. I was reluctant to write a review after our first visit as I'm always sceptical whether it's a one off or not and rarely write reviews full stop!

On our first visit my son didn't want to leave my side. Donna was great in building his confidence. She absolutely wore herself out to please and entertain him in her encouragement to get him involved and using the facilities. I have found each time we have been that the staff have been approachable, happy to get involved and generally good all round in providing a good atmosphere.

I'm shocked by the other reviews on here. I've never had an issue with having my own drink in a locker (I still then usually buy extra but it's a way of keeping things cheaper). I see the price on socks has come down to when I first paid. I don't think ÂŁ2 is much considering they wash well and can be used several times over.

The website clearly says to get to the venue earlier so don't understand people complaining. I'm glad on our visit today the waiver will now cover us for a year, it certainly makes more sense. My only small criticisms are for a 1 hour play on a weekend it's very expensive when comparing to some other activities you can do with the family for a whole day out at the same price. Perhaps a loyalty card could offset that for family sessions not just Open Jump when I can't take a toddler. Also today we were asked "mum why aren't you bouncing?, nan why aren't you bouncing?" Great to engage us but she is my sister in law not mother ďż˝ We found the funny side but might be worth avoiding what some people could take as an insult.

Overall we have loved our visits. With so much competition now though perhaps a loyalty system for family sessions too would help with the pricing I mentioned. We look forward to our next visit!

Visited a number of times with my three boys. There’s so much more on offer here. Never had a problem and will continue coming as they always strive to improve, adapt and make it even more fun

User

Took my grandson there, the staff were brilliant, as we were on our own one chap took the time to play dodge ball with him and gave him a brilliant session. Everyone was very help and friendly

User

My disabled brother had a brilliant time here. Was originally aprehensive about whether he would enjoy it but one of the staff members, Ben, was brilliant and very patient with him, making his experience of Soar very enjoyable. Definitely made me more likely to bring him back here in the future.

User

I first took my son a few weeks ago and watched from the side, one of the lads who worked there noticed he was on his own and made effort to make sure he had a great time. It looked like great fun so I returned later with both my kids and we all went on. it was an evening session and quite quiet, there were just 5 customers. The staff were great and made a real effort to engage with the kids. Will go again! Fun for us adults too! You dont need more than an hour!

User

Went for the first time on the 14/15 July, for an exclusive girlguiding sleepover, although I didn't bounce the other two leaders did, girls throughly enjoyed it especially wipe out. Leaders got two free hot drinks one in the evening and one in the morning. Watched the safety briefing before being allowed to bounce. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area where we were sleeping was clean and tidy, the toilets were cleaned through out the evening. My only complaint was it was very warm in there, although it did cool down slightly overnight. Girls have asked to go again.

User

Arrived about half hour early, wasn't due to jump till 3, and there was barely any cars in the car park. Went inside and was told we were literally the only ones there at the time, and were immediately guided to one safety briefing.

Once the safety briefing was over, we were taken straight to the trampolines, meaning we got an additional half an hour of jumping time.

Was good to be able to do what we wanted without kids running around, but meant dodge ball was a little rubbish .

Definitely a better experience than the one down the road from us here in Maidstone ďż˝

User

just left...nice big place but too many rules and regulations...seems like you can't have fun considering what a place it is...I get you have to be safe but come on....some of the staff need to losen up...partner accidenly brought spare ticket but they refused refund (paid in cash+only brought 20mins previous) they will only keep it in the system for next time....personally we don't think we'd actually like to come back the way the place is run...couldn't go on the punch wall thing coz apparently ran out but not told this before and we had little one with us so wanted to let her have her time....very annoyed when I got told to get out when my 4yo was struggling to get out by herself

User

Having a party for my daughters 11th birthday as we speak... paid over £200 and we aren’t allowed 1 adult to jump free of charge? Had a party at flipout last year, although there’s more here we also had 2 free jumps for the adults at the party.

User

Always come very disappointed today, came to try new climbing wall, 3pm session booked, boys went to go on told it was closed at 3:40

User

We went there last week. Seemed like we were in hitlers concentration camp. The staff were over the top with rules and regulations I thought. Kids couldn’t move without them slapping a strike on them. Three and your out. One of our boys got two for simply being excited and running from course to course and was told one more and your off. I get safety and all but calm down. Reception were miserable telling the kids off for sitting on the floor. Not a great kid experience.

One particular member of staff needs to go back to charm school. She was abrupt and frankly rude to both kids and parents. It’s supposed to be a fun place.

User

The actual play arena was very good and children loved it. Unfortunately the pure rudeness of two of their staff spoilt it for me. We took trampoline socks and was not informed until after safety video “they can’t wear them you will have to go back to reception and buy our socks” I replied “oh really”? And she replied “yes really” in a very rude manner. No explanation as to why. The next thing, I was queuing for one of the attractions and I asked politely if the lady could check my sons height to see if he could go on, again a very rude response “wait I’ll have to do it in a minute I’m doing this” no eye contact, absolutely disgusting customer service!! Most of the staff looked miserable and unapproachable

User

Won’t be visiting this park again. Arrived 30 minutes before only to be turned away from the car park because it was full. The member of staff in the car park suggested I drop my 2 autistic children off and leave them unattended and go and find somewhere to park! By the time we’d parked and walked back and waited for the safety briefing (which the member of staff talked through) my children were 10 minutes late going onto the trampolines. Might not seem much but when you’re paying these prices a loss of 10 minutes is more than annoying. Can I suggest they don’t allow so many people in? I won’t be going again, there’s plenty of choice now locally

User

So booked and paid for my children to come here, arrived on the day to be told my 3 nearly 4 year old couldn’t jump, would not refund either, so I’ve had to re book for middle of April once my lil one is 4, we go to flip out usually no problems there. 2 very disappointed children and an upset mum!

User

Never again! No car park spaces, arrived 30 minutes before our session, made no difference as couldn’t get parked. Was told to park a over ten minute walk away. Children were 20 minutes late to start their session.

Park was full to capacity which meant the kids had to queue for everything, resulting not much jumping time and it was for a birthday.

User

Have never been before but paid for it all online and signed the waiver before we came . Arrived 10 mins before went to check us in the lady asked if we all had socks 2 of my nephews did but from a previous place but was told we have to have their socks at 2.00 a pair as she said the other socks grip don't cover the whole foot well these Ones certainly did I think this should be included when your paying to get in . We watched the safety video and the kids got in at like 3.10 so only had 50 mins to bounce we've never been before so didn't have a clue where we was going when we eventually found the entrance it was locked so asked some miserable women behind the cafe desk which she replied you have to go all the way along to the exit gate . Which I was shocked to see the main exit doors wide open anyone could come in or kids could wonder out where is the safety there . The kids wanted a drink so went down to buy a jug of squash yes a jug of squash ! To find they wanted 4.00 !!! Most places only charge 2 at least ! In the end got the kids a slush as that's what they preferred . And then when I asked if I could also have a jug of tap water she was quite confrontational she was like there is water on the side they can keep filling up a cup I said can't us adults have a jug to take upstairs she was like you can but won't be cold in the end I just walked of because of all this over a jug of tap water all I wanted was a jug of tap water ! . Just found the staff rude unhelpful, uninformative and very unprofessional ! Extremely hot in there ! Won't be returning in a hurry !

User

Awful place, never again. Twice I’ve visited this place and been unable to park, advised to park up the road which meant a 10 minute walk back. After watching safety video kids ended up jumping 20 minuets late, also far too busy inside which lead to very little jumping.

User

Arrived today at 12.30 for jumping at 1pm got to car park to be told it's full and have to find somewhere else to park, easier said than done as there is nowhere close, it was pouring down with rain. We had to park up past the mini roundabout 15min walk in the pouring rain with 1 little kid and 1 big one . Got to reception and said I wouldn't have booked if I had been aware there is no parking as I did not see a notice anywhere! The girl said it's on the 1st page of website but I still can't see this and Yes there is a polite notice on FB but just says car park gets busy and arrive early, we got there half hour early with no spaces free! My friend arrived I went out to get the kids. We missed 15min of jump time because of no parking! Inside was so busy my son qued for the wipe out in the 45min he got on it twice. Way to busy not enough space to jump very disappointed waste of ÂŁ20.

User

Annoyed, arrived with plenty of time to spare to be told the car park was full, very long walk from available parking then kids miss 10 mins of their prebooked time slot !!! That’s money you’ve taken off me for time my kids didn’t get to enjoy. If not enough parking don’t take so many bookings !!!
