Sampling a sugar & cinnamon brigadeiro 😋 It was made with the condensed milk and the dulce de leche I showed on the previous photo. It gets a great little shell with a gooey inside. The perfect mix of caramel and cinnamon 😍 You can find this flavour (not this one, I ate it 😂) this Saturday at the Congleton Makers Market. Many more flavours available, all gluten free and vegetarian as usual! ♥ 🌱

The sun hits the table just right for a lovely summer glow 🌞😊 They'll be for sale tomorrow morning at the Whitchurch Friday Market and in the evening and Saturday at the WEM Crafters CRAFT FAIR (Sweet Pea Show) in Wem, and Sunday at the Lymm Artisan Market.

Salted caramel brigadeiros that I made yesterday on request for the Oswestry Food & Drink Festival today. We'll be in Oswestry at the Bailey Head till 4pm today 😊 Can't promise we won't sell out so don't leave it till too late! 😉

Great day at the Oswestry Food and Drink Festival today. We sold out of classic chocolate and several other flavours are very low. If anyone has any last minute requests this is the time. I'll be going to the kitchen soon to make some more classic chocolate and 1 or 2 more flavours. Any suggestions?

Raspberry & White Chocolate brigadeiros! I'm testing a new formula. I think it's much better now. The flavour is more intense and creamy. The colour is a bit odd but that's what you get when mixing condensed milk with raspberries. No artificial colours here! They'll be available today at the Whitchurch Friday Market and this weekend at the Oswestry Food and Drink Festival!
