We’ve eaten here twice and have had a variety of items from the menu. Each time we’ve loved all the food. In particular the cold and hot starters (Mezes) are amazing. We highly recommend the hummus, deep fried feta, sausages and baba ganoush. The charcoal mains are so yummy (all of them!) and the veggie moussaka is creamy and delicious. They are great at accommodating children (although bring your own plastic cutlery m/crockery and things to entertain the kids at the table as they don’t have these). Please do give this wonderful restaurant a try it is an excellent addition to the Burton Road eateries!

We heard about this place from a friend who knows the restaurant scene and said this could be one of the best new restaurants. We gave it a try and what do you know - it was amazing. We’re bringing a bigger group of friends next time we visit which will be very soon.

Visited for the second time on Saturday, food was superb... and the service was even better. It was a really nice experience. Catered to our food requests, very knowledgable staff, even down to the authenticity and origins of the dishes. Highly recommended

Sofra staff and managment are nice, friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and definitely and addition to didsbury. I have tried them twice already and highly recommend Sofra.

My friends and I ordered starters which were absolutely scrumptious- the bread was fresh and fluffy. I ordered the lamb fasolakia as a main, which was delicious. It was nicely spiced, and not too salty.



Aside from the food, the service was great as well. The staff were super polite. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!

Great food with lots of choice for my picky non-meat eating friend who especially loved the baba ganoush and the halloumi kebabs. For me the mixed grill was divine and comes with a great spicy pitta which I’d never had before. Generous portions too. Service was fab - very attentive. Will definitely be heading back.

Always great to see new restaurants in your local area. Went to the soft opening last night, greeted by friendly staff and management who did a fantastic job of creating a warm atmosphere.

Food was beautiful, full of flavour and authentic - great to know the ingredients are locally sourced as well. After visiting tonight I am sure this will be a success.

After seeing this restaurant pop up in our Didsbury page I could not wait to try. Booked a table for this eve, was not disappointed. After being greeted by the lovely Nadia, we were shown to our table. Being their opening week we were treated to a complimentary drink and shown the extensive menu. Plenty good Greek/Lebanese dishes to choose from.

Food was delicious and the atmosphere nice and relaxing. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend to everyone to try.
