Rotherham will be marking Armed Forces Day tomorrow (Saturday 30 June) with a traditional parade from the Town Hall at 10.30am, followed by a ceremony in All Saints' Square. Weather permitting, there will also be a dramatic flypast by a Lancaster Bomber at 11.25am.
Entertainment will include a Dame Vera Lynn tribute act, music from the Royal Armoured Corp Band and a performance by singing Rotherham PCSO Paul Newman. The day will also feature street entertainment and a range of stalls.
There will also be FREE off-street parking in the following RMBC car parks: Drummond St, Clifton Hall (off Percy St), Riverside (off Corporation St) and Forge Island.
