I think this is what passes for a bijou quiet homely restaurant in London. To my country-boy ears it was loud and crowded but the food was excellent and we had a great time.

Wonderful time. Knowledgeable & friendly staff - the two don't always go together!... We loved both wines, and both cheese, that they recommended us on the basis of our stated taste preferences. Remarkable. We'll be back!

Lovely French restaurant and wine bar. They run regular wine tasting events, including a free to pop in series every Wednesday. Food is always outstanding and the menu changes regularly. As expected, the staff are very knowledgeable about the wine and happy to suggest great picks from the extensive wine list. Also runs as a take away wine shop and offer a subset of their list at take away prices when you dine in on Mondays.

The ambience here is just lovely. A truly charming French-style vinoteque. Delicious food and reasonably priced wine by the glass. Huge bottle selection.
