Reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive holistic therapy that treats the whole body by stimulating the reflex points on the feet hands or face.

I am a qualified Reflexologist with a Level 3 VTCT Diploma. I am a member of and am insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I passionately believe in promoting health and well being, treating people holistically (mind, body and spirit). My treatment is very calming, using Neal's Yard Remedies Organic products. Reflexology encourages the body to self-heal by releasing energy blockages within the body. It may help with symptoms ranging from anxiety and depression to IBS and neck, shoulder and back pain. Feet or facial treatments by appointment only either at my home or on a mobile basis . Gift vouchers are also available.
