LUNCH ON Sunday 30th June
On the rehearsal day it is going to be tricky to let students go out to McDonalds / Subway as in previous years due to the rules and regulations. Soo .........I have been speaking to the theatre and they would be happy subject to numbers to put on a lunch for the children in the upstairs foyer area
... They can offer: Chicken nuggets and Chips Or Pizza ( Meat free) and Chips
Squash for all children on tables and an ice-cream tub afterwards I have choc & vanilla swirl or strawberry and vanilla swirl.
It is £6 a head. If anyone is interested, please can you let Mr Ingram know with payment and the order
In terms of timescales (they are still all to be confirmed ) that we will start the Technical Rehearsal ( Hopefully earlier) between 10am-11.00am – the lower school ( the Nursery, Pre-Prep, Prep) should be finished by 11.30-12.00pm, the Junior School-12.30-12.45pm ish. The rest of the school should be finished for lunch – 13.30-14.00. We then start after lunch at 14.30pm (we will try and stick to this time to start back – so it may just be a 30min lunch for some)
If you are bringing your own lunch that is fine – just NO Nuts

SHOE DYING
This Saturday is the last day for those who want me to dye their ballet shoes for them.
They need to be clearly labelled ( ideally with a permanent marker) inside the shoe and in a named bag.
... The shoes do not need to be new but in a reasonable condition and satin.
If you are dying them yourselves please message me and I will give you the colour of the dye
It affects: Prep ( Blue Group) Primary Grade 2 Grade 4 ( those in Mr McGregor Friends ) Benjamin Bunny, Peter Rabbit , Mrs Rabbit , Mrs Tiggy Winkle, Jemima Puddle Duck

Don't forget that this is
DRESS REHEARSAL
... This the one where we look at the costumes on mass and check they are all looking right, hair and tights to be as the Costume Bible states.
The costume team will be there checking that everything is right .
On this day I will be taking a photo of a student in the costume so we can build a more visual costume bible ( if you DO NOT ) want your child photographed for this please private message me or SMS.
Middle and Upper School ( please bring your ballet leotards as well , so you can get changed into them if need be
PLEASE NAME EVERYTHING

If there are any parents that want a Siblings or Family Photos ( eg Cousins ) of the students please let me know by signing the form on the NOTICE BOARD tomorrow
The first photo of the day is the SCHOOL Photo , all students are invited to take part , However the SCHOOL UNIFORM is required, to exam standard.
... All SHOES for the Photo are to be of show standard CLEAN , PRISTINE , and if you are having dyed shoes they will need to be done by the photos
The day is great fun but is busy and there can be delays so be prepared
No Parents are to be permitted into the Dance Studio
