Solomango is a picture library blog featuring inspiring photography, news & an exclusive collection of travel features brought to you by 4Corners Images, Schapowalow and Simephoto

Solomango was born in 2005 as a showcase for contemporary travel features and reportage. As well as shooting the single stock images available through the partner picture agencies of www. 4cornersimages.com, www. schapowalow. de and www. simephoto.com, many of our professional photographers enjoy the challenge of shooting a theme or story with a consistency of style and vision that works well in print across several pages or online.

Over the last seven years over 250 features ranging from cricket in Croatia to cockfighting in the Philippines have been uploaded to the Solomango website and licensed for publication by clients across the world. Solomango travel reportage has been published in the likes of Geo Saison, Country Life and Italy’s Dove Magazine.

The new Solomango blog retains the spirit that inspired the original website but now offers you even more:

You’ll still find the very best of contemporary travel reportage in the travel features section, all of which come with introductory text and extended captions, some with full copy. All features can be licensed for publication, please contact us to see more images and discuss reproduction rights.

We’ll also be sharing news from the photo libraries of 4Corners Images, Sime and Schapowalow and giving you an insight into some of what goes on behind the scenes in the backstage area.
