Very helpful, professional advice.

Wayne saved my 100k ride this morning by swapping my lunch money for a new pair of Shimano cleats. (I'd unclipped 50 times due to wear and tear). Even lent me the tools as I enjoyed the aircon on Britain's hottest day! TOP MAN!

Having already given this shop a second chance, I can safely say they won't get a third. The man who served us was rude and condecending. I went in with my 2 daughters, one of whom is off school sick at the moment and feeling pretty low. I was trying to cheer her up by looking at a bike for her birthday later in the year. The guy immediately assumed that I wanted to measure the girls up so I could go and buy online. He then proceeded to tell us we couldn't do so yet as it was too early. He spoke us like we stupid...Imagine telling a parent that kids grow quickly!!! Duh, you don't say! I left having bought a puncture repair kit which I immediately regretted doing, especially as I later spotted them in the hardware store in town where the customer service is outstanding.
Anyway, we have 3 kids who will need bikes before the year is out and also a bike rack for our car to carry them on. I'm all for supporting local business, hence giving this place another chance but we will not be spending our hard earned cash in this establishment. Now, anyone got directions to Halfords?

I have tried a few cycle shops for services and labour, but this is by far the best one. Every time I pick up my bike from here, after a service, it looks and feels brand new.
I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable, and they always call me before any work is carried out, to confirm costs of labour and any parts needed.
The labour/service costs are very good and certainly worth it!

Fair prices, good range of products and knowledge across all cycling disciplines, no hard sell. Everything you would want from a good LBS!

Nothing has been too much trouble. The bikes I bought are fantastic and after sales advice and support have been 1st class. Won't go anywhere else in future.
