I treated myself to an Apple Watch recently and have to say the whole sales experience was brilliant. The staff were knowledgeable and didn't try and sell me the most expensive item, but instead listened to what I actually wanted and gave me good solid advice! The store was very welcoming and I didn't feel silly asking questions.

The best customer experience and service than at any other Apple Store. Been in multiple times as am a student in Guildford with a Mac that has been playing up for ages, and I have just been putting off purchasing a new one. Every time I go in there, the staff, especially a tall guy called Ben, are so so helpful and do everything they can to smooth the situation out, without forcing me to spend money on services or products. It got to the stage today where I had to purchase a new Mac, and Ben assisted me in every way possible in trying to sort out recovery of documents from my old one. Fantastic customer experience and I would recommend this Apple Store over any other, and I have been to several others in the South.

I had numerous shut down issues with my iMac. I took it into the Guildford store and these guys were brilliant. They ran the diagnostics in front of me and showed me some possible causes. Before handing it in they also helped to make sure my Mac was correctly backed up before we went any further. During the repair, they kept me updated with emails and calls of how the process was going. It only took a few days and I now have a working Mac. I can't really fault the service I received. I would highly recommend these guys.

Went in last weekend to buy a laptop for my wife, the gentleman who helped me was brilliant and recommended the perfect one for her. She's loving it so far so I'm in the good books ;)
