Small display but a lot of info told by enthusiastic volunteers. Fantastic Vulcan bomber.

Fabulous, Much better than we imagined. The museum was excellent as well as the static displays and able to get up close (and inside some) of the exhibits.

Friendly welcome on a rubbish wet day. Kids positively encouraged to climb around in some of the aircraft cockpits (rare). Great vulcan talk in the cockpit. Gem of a place! If only I lived closer.

An excellent museum with friendly staff and a good collection of exhibits. The star exhibit for me was the Avro Vulcan. Cockpit tours take place at regular intervals. The gift shop has a good selection of model aircraft and aviation related items. Well worth a visit....

There are very few places in the world where you can climb aboard a Vulcan; this is one of them. Also open are a Canberra and a rare Percival Sea Prince.
The collection of aircraft is small and - because they have no hangar space - looking rather shabby. The inside areas are much better looked after, with information on all the local airfields, relics of Britain's space programme and much else. Because it receives no government money it is put together by people who know and love their subject, a proper grown-up's museum.
One of the nicest small museums I have visited in a long time.

Exelent had a great vist well worth a visit

Really interesting...good for a few hours if you look at everything, could spend longer there if you read all the info. Worth it for the Vulcan alone!!
