Recommended to my friend who lives in a small coastal hamlet. His BT connection was hugely slow & unreliable, not handy as he's a teacher who provides E-learning via skype etc. He's had Solway's 10MB connection for a few weeks now and is delighted with it. He can now reliably work from home. :)

Fab, now Norman can play his games online and have a good game just a shame the shouting and swearing has not stopped but can't have everything. Will also say speed is far better than our old supplier and the customer support is second to none. If you have a problem it is looked at and solved quickly. ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️

£33 per month for a 10mb connection, started off ok receiving the service i pay for, but for over a month now i have had an average speed below 2mb and sometimes no internet at all, slower than my old BT fixed line.

No explanation of what is causing it, Solway tried fitting a new dish, but made no difference, visits from Engineers who blamed it on interference.

Others in my village having the same problems.



UPDATE.

Connection issues seems to have been resolved, have been getting very good speeds over the last 24hours.

I do have to mention that my review whilst sounding a little harsh, was about the speed of my connection, Solways customer service has always been top notch.
