Fantastic little place very helpfull staff. Very very good shower facilities, pitches layed out nicely. Quiet and natural setting, we used the Indian delivery service. This also was very good for a take away.

We had a great couple of days at Somers wood well presented and very peace full giving a feeling of being in the wilderness dogs loved it too, nice walk into meridan village. Rained on second day but didnt put the dampers on things will be returning in the future

This has been the most fab and relaxing weekend of caravanning and fishing. Sommers Wood has been everything and more that you would expect from a well cared for and maintained site with the little extras making our stay perfect. Bathrooms are the best yet :-) We will defo be back Thanks all x

A lovely, quiet adult only caravan park which is very handy for Birmingham and the NEC. It is only a couple of miles from junction 6 of the M42. Yes there is some noise from Birmingham airport but it isn't too obtrusive. The village of Meriden is about 1 mile away where there are a handful of shops and restaurants.
The facilities are very good although only two showers in each of the ladies and gents which might cause queues when the park is full, although I believe this number is acceptable to the people who inspect such places.
All in all a very good caravan park, we will be back!

Fabulous Find!! Great place to stay. The facilities are great - clean & well maintained. The Park itself is well maintained too. The pitches are of a good size and well kept. Great staff there too. The owner, Angie is an absolute delight & so helpful. Will definitely stay again!
