A 10 hour programme generally provided as 4 x 2. 5 hour sessions. Commence classes between 20-34 weeks of pregnancy.

The classes follow The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme http://www. thewisehippo.com which helps you and your birthing partner prepare mentally and emotionally, it teaches you techniques and skills to birth calmly and confidently on the day.

A programme of factual learning about pregnancy, labour and birth, providing guided and self hypnosis techniques designed to reduce anxiety and increase confidence.
