After many requests, today we are releasing 10 cl bottles of our liqueur range. The Kingston Black Aperitif, Morello Cherry Liqueur, Blackcurrant Liqueur and Ice Cider can now be brought in 10cl bottles. These little sample bottles are perfect presents both individually or as gift packs. We are using ours as hip-flasks to keep us warm in the orchards.

This is an interesting and really sad article about the potential and very real threat of destruction that 75% of the UK's traditional cider orchards face as of last month. As the big apple buyers Bulmers and Magner's cut their contracts the industry is in crisis. The buy-outs in some of these contracts require the orchards to be cut down. We have been seeing reports online that this is fake news. It most definately is not. It is real and current and potentially devastating for our landscape and the ecology of the West Country.

The lovely @jodiekiddoffical at her pub the Half Moon in Kirdford where they have their very own Iced Apple Moon Martini. 30ml Ice Cider, 50 ml grey goose, 15ml Ginger Syrup. Shake vigorously over ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an apple slice. We will be trying to make it later. Thanks @halfmoonkirdford @jodiekiddoffical 🌓 🍎 😊
